Maybe it's just me but it seems like ever since the JA trial all the Maricopa defense attorneys got together and decided they'd gang up on Juan and just complain to complain so that one day decades down the line some appeal judge will see his name over and over and think, "this guy was out of control!" And throw all his cases out. Or maybe I'm just aware of it now.

When's last time u looked at Dept. of Corr guidelines? Last week. Juan asks Aiken 2 look at him & Judge says no don't go there #bryanhulsey

Maybe it's just me but it seems like ever since the JA trial all the Maricopa defense attorneys got together and decided they'd gang up on Juan and just complain to complain so that one day decades down the line some appeal judge will see his name over and over and think, "this guy was out of control!" And throw all his cases out. Or maybe I'm just aware of it now.

Naw........they'll look at his conviction rates, no reversals, and give him a plaque, LOL!

Just seems like ever since then all the attorneys go after him for the same things: grandstanding, playing to the media, seeking fame, etc. Just seems too coincidental! Willmott even turned up In this trial one day. Maybe this is a typical thing for defense attorneys to do, try and match the PM motions so it makes it sound like the guy was a repeat offender.
