Yes they are.

I think it's the same as with Arias, either they say DP or Life and judge decides if LWOP or possibility of release if AZ ever reinstates parole (since his crime was committed back when they had parole).

i seen that on jens twitter but all i seen was cop killer and the lwop bit and my heart sank thinking they couldnt give him the DP. soon realized it wasn't hulsey :sigh:

I didn't realize that this was a death-penalty case. If the jury is unable to reach a verdict then will they have another trial and delay the Arias one too? :shame:
