At first I was certain of a death verdict, but after the mitigation phase I'm not so sure. The defense did a good job. I would not be surprised if there were some who felt very strongly about death and brought everyone to their side.

I think he'll get the death penalty.

Yes, this has been a very long road, I hope the verdict is something the family is satisfied with.

Was checking out the local news on KPHO, refreshed the screen and there it was........verdict reached. Guess the jury DID sleep on it.
Now the wait begins.........:gaah: 35 more minutes.

Yes, this has been a very long road, I hope the verdict is something the family is satisfied with.

I think he will... he has nothing to lose at this point.

Yes it is, doesn't seem like any of the media outlets there assigned a reporter to this trial, certainly no one on a daily basis.

That trial will probably be her life for the rest of the year. lol Hopefully JSS will modify her ruling to allow streaming after the day ends, going to be interesting to see how MSM handles it if she does though, take up their whole evening coverage with replay? Only HLN and their Pause Button/Billion commericals will probably attempt that, hope some will put it on their websites so we can watch it uninterrupted...if JSS gives us that much.
