Police say he left home on a red, three-wheeled Schwinn bicycle and has not been seen since.
Patrick is described as a white male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 126 pounds with bald and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey or black sweatshirt, grey pants and brown shoes. His family says he shuffles his feet when he walks.
Officials say Patrick has dementia and is unable to know directions if he got lost. He has no money or other clothing with him and his family is extremely worried about his well-being.
