Intresting what could have caused the blochy appearence with his hands - maybe he was a tradesman with lots of scars on his hands? Someone who worked with chemicals that could discolor the hands like that?

The pigmentation could also be liver spots - maybe he worked out in the sun alot of his life?

Forgot to put the case circumstances.

"The decedent was crossing Indian School Road near 68th Avenue and almost reached the curb when he was struck by a vehicle. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. He may have been coming from the Del Mar Terrace apartment complex at 7007 W. Indian School Road."

I was thinking vitiligo.
