Ok here is the message I just sent off I will let everyone know if and when I get a response.

I really hate to bother you again, But I have been wondering it has been over 11 weeks since this precious child was found and even though there has been a positive Id on him, Can the general public expect for him to be laid to rest anytime soon? And again I am not trying to get involved in any information about the investigation but for the love of god the person or persons who did this to this poor child is still loose in the community and it has me concerend that there has been no information from LE as to where the investigation of this crime stands, any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

When I saw someone had posted at almost 3 am (my time) I thought oh great! Something has happened!
Sadly, nothing seems to happen in a timely manner for this baby. Not in life, and not in death.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have still not received a reply from my last email, the one before that I had gotten a really quick response, so maybe this has been a week off or they have been really busy and unable to respond, as soon as I hear anything from them I will copy it here..

Okay, it is now NOVEMBER!!!! WTH is going on? Little Sylar deserves to be put to rest with love and dignity, not lying in a morgue.

And make an arrest already! Justice for little man Sylar!

I'm sorry to bother you, but could you please post that address again? Maybe if they realize that more than just one person is concerned about this, we'll at the very least get an answer. (and hopefully something will be done for little Sylar.)

Why? Why has no one been held accountable for this?

Why has Sylar not been given the respect he deserves? And why hasn't his little body been buried?

I'm sure it doesn't matter to him; he's moved on, but this is still very disrespectful.

Just wanted to touch base with everyone on the recent email that I sent to Dwight Develyn, I did receive a reply back today from him and all it said was that he had sent me several emails recently and wanted to know if I was receiving them, I told him NO and asked if he could re-send them, or send a new email that tells me what he has been wanting to tell me, As soon as I get that response I will let everyone know...
