Just wanted to touch base with everyone on the recent email that I sent to Dwight Develyn, I did receive a reply back today from him and all it said was that he had sent me several emails recently and wanted to know if I was receiving them, I told him NO and asked if he could re-send them, or send a new email that tells me what he has been wanting to tell me, As soon as I get that response I will let everyone know...

That is an odd way to ask someone you think is not getting your emails,if they are getting emails in an email??.

It's been four months since there has been any mainstream news on this case. I am wondering if there was a negative or inconclusive outcome on the toxicology testing. However, it is odd that there have been no final arrangements made for this precious wee lad. You would think that after taking samples they would have released the remains for final interrment.

I have stayed away from this case for a while but thought i would check in today to see if anything new has been learned. As I expected...nothing! i remember seeing a message from whomever runs whichever sylar fb page that I have that nothing could be posted on the page other than ways to help abused children or something to that effect. good idea but most people go there to express their outrage at the whole situation involving no arrest and two fat piggys who remain walking free while a little boy's body remains in some morgue somewhere. As his now concerned mother why isn't CN worried about getting justice for her own son before she tries to help others? why isn't she asking people to write the PD to have her son's remains released and why on green earth is she not demanding answers and arrests! this is not normal behavior for a "mom" who supposedly loved her son...although she did trust him to the pig in the first place says alot about her love for her son and her judge of character. I am not trying to be mean but come on..months have passed and he still isn't buried! as a mother how could someone not go sit in front of the police department and at least demand they allow her to bury her son..and why the h is the media not jumping on this story?

B U M P come on round them up and herd them in AZ! I'm truely worried. Is there something more to Sylar's death? Can't help but wonder now, after all this time, tests, and retest have slowed it down some, but this long?

This little guy needs to be put to rest. Sorry for my frustrations. Hey, they might have good reasons. I can only think of something bigger is involved surrounding his death. Sylar 1st!!!

You have an odd custodial situation, criminal activity surrounding the custodial mom, a mother who gave Sylar over to one woman then to her sister...who has more children she has given up. I have always wondered if this was related to adoptions, underground, illegal, etc...LE would need time with that. Guess I'll wait with the rest of you for that answer or whatever one it could be.

ok -- I have just emailed KPHO Phoenix news station and the Prescott newpaper asking them what is the update on this case. It's worth a ''shot'' this is the station that broke the news about the CP custoday battle with her ex. Keeping fingers crossed.

I can't see it being an underground adoption..usually people who want babies and are willing to go to such extreme to get them have the money available to obtain the child and obtain false documents..what we have here is a divorced criminal with kids of her own, no job and lives in a apartment building. I think it was she had her tubes tied after she had the two kids she has now, she wanted another baby but now can't have one so saw the opportunity to get one for free. I think CN has the kids then doesn't want them so she happily gave him to CP so she could continue on with her life as usual. It is all so disgusting! why would you give your child to someone who could not provide a better life than you could have? I guess it was too time consuming to find a proper family. if the sister of CP wasn't worthy and was willing to fight with the mom in the room when sylar was present and just a little baby then who would think that her sister would be any better. and to say that she wasn't aware CP did drugs..when she is a self admitted user herself?:snooty: usually one drug head can pinpoint another. They generally flock together

Perhaps there is a civil matter pending to determine who has final custody of Sylar's remains

Kim – The toxicology results have returned – Results are being withheld pending a review of the circumstances by the County Attorney’s Office --- The biological mother will receive Sylar’s body soon and plans a memorial service.

If prosecution is sought, I will let you know –

How in gods name can anyone in LE say that "If prosecution is sought" I just don't get it...Take an innocent little boy camping and let him lay out and rot like trash after he has been drugged, and then he is found and they are now with holding the tox results and are not sure they are going to seek prosecution....Ok everyone else what are your thoughts?

My thoughts and feelings at this point are ones of outright rage and sorrow. Rage at the 's who took Sylar camping... Rage at Sylar's sorry excuse of a mother... Rage at LE for allowing this fiasco to go on as long as it has... And sorrow because there may not be justice for a beautiful child who never had a chance.

Kimmer I share your bewilderment about IF prosecution is sought - hopefully the LE was just being super careful about what information he was sharing. Like you, I would feel much happier knowing WHEN proscecution will be sought.

I totally understand your frustrations.

I do think there will be justice for Sylar. Patience is incredibly difficult, especially when we're not given any reason for the need for it (although I believe there likely is, playing devils advocate here.)

I also believe that Sylar is in a place where 'justice' will never be a word in his vocabulary, because it has already been done by something much, much more powerful than the US justice system.

It is we, who struggle with how our world can be both so beautiful (Sylar) and so horrible (his death) simultaneously.

As soon as someone can answer that question for me:Justice:, please PM me immediately.

Interesting that I was poking around the facebook page and didn't see any reference to the tox being back or the body being released. I find that odd considering there's the whole headstone fund raising going on. Wonder if they told CN to keep quiet for now.
