Interesting that I was poking around the facebook page and didn't see any reference to the tox being back or the body being released. I find that odd considering there's the whole headstone fund raising going on. Wonder if they told CN to keep quiet for now.

According to find SylerNewton - N Collins.was evicted from Govnmt housing on Nov. 4th and Tina was evicted in September!!

I cant believe it has been this long with nothing. I cant even stand going to the facebook site anymore. I feel awful for all the people being sucked into giving money and having their emotions played on by CN.

I have just finished reading (almost) every post on all 5 threads and would just like to acknowledge all of you who have kept Sylar out in front, in spite of the hokiest media coverage (over all) of any place I've ever lived, not to mention nothing from LE and no arrest - even tho there were witnesses to the abysmal treatment of this baby by his doting wanna be mother and grandmother...

Why are there no groups or even individuals up in arms about the 25 witnesses to Sylar's abuse that weekend? Witnesses who saw him stumbling, saw him pushed down and heard him being yelled at; then listened to his cries for 2 hours the last night of his life - before they climbed into their tents and went to sleep?

I moved to So AZ 5 years ago - I still do not understand how things work around here.

My heart is broken for little Sylar and truth be told, bio mom - I can't understand her choices, but I think most of us can understand depression and anti depressant medication can distort reality, poor little Sylar was truly a victim of more kinds of abuse than what likely killed him.

Many of the media links posted in the threads here are already broken, the report (in the media) of the pot & pipe incident reads that the pipe was found in his diaper (I could not figure that one out) :blushing: - finally found, by reading here it was in (I'm assuming) a clean diaper, that was in his back pack! Not the diaper he was wearing... :crazy:

I hope all of you had a very Happy Thanksgiving - impatiently waiting for Justice for Sylar.

Well there's no law that says you have to have a memorial service, remains can be quietly interred. As we approach Christmas, my wish would be to have this little guy be dignified by interment and arrests made.

The family van or whatever was taken correct ? Would they be able to test it for decomp gases or does the body have had to been in the there for a while?

I dont think they just let Sylars case go. Something has to be going on. They have the witnesses ,the tox reports the drug abuse.

They have to be able to prove their case and altho they can prove certain parts maybe they are trying to prove without doubt The body was placed by them and he really didnt wander off. Maybe they do not have enough evidence for a conviction and are still trying to obtain it.

I really think this might be the case. They may be able to arrest her but for minor charges and not anything near a murder charge.

I'm sure this is still an ongoing investigation. No doubt the LEO's are as committed as we are. It's possible they aren't sure whose drugs he consumed or who took his body from the campsite? Did one of the adults possibly feed him the drugs intentionally?

Do we know if they ever discovered where Sylar's body was washed from? Those flash floods come out of no where and move so fast, but if his body was placed more than a short distance from where it was found - I'm thinking NC or TP had to have driven him out (which LE should be aware of) or walked to the road and met someone who drove him out - the terrain is just too difficult to have traveled on foot, at night carrying 20 plus pounds and then back, in the time frame they had (if it was actually after 12:00 that he was last seen).

So many questions. So many unknowns. It would have been nice if D’Evelyn would have said WHEN instead of - If prosecution is sought...

Would letters to the DA's office help? Could we get a campaign going? Sylar deserves justice as much as any victim we've had here - the way they treated the lil guy that weekend makes my blood boil!
