Ohhh My Goodness..This witness kept her shirt up over her faith during this ceremony...Yikes..Wonder IF she ended up CO2 Entoxicated..Nothing speeds up that state when you constantly rebreathe your own exhaled air!!!..I doubt this lady lasted into 7th Round!!..JMOO..

One thing I noted..she designated James Ray's location right beside the DOOR or FLAP!!..Interesting..wonder how often he stuck his head out that door?..He definately was looking after himself..quick way for exiting..everyone else had to follow the route around the rocks!! This guy is one BIG narcissist..Pay me your $$ and I will lead you to salvation..:loser:

wow altered mental state is a hallmark of heat stroke.

when lou was outside screaming "I'm having a heart attack" I wonder if his holiness J Ray wondered if Lou was actually having a heart attack, or if he was in some sort of altered state, or, more likely, J Ray just probably wished a dream teamer would shut the guy up since he was being so negative.

With each witness..I am seeing a bigger and bigger picture of this leader to death..Why ya say?? Of course Ray was situated next to the flap (door) of the sweat lodge. He was there because (regardess of what the defense would have us believe) JAMES RAY WAS IN CHARGE (the leader) of the sweat lodge activities. jmo

But the lady Dr. witness that was on yesterday afternoon left me with a sobering thought/realization. The vital signs of the two who died at the SL were zeroed out from the time they were dragged out. No pulse, no respirations...zero. And they never were able to generate ANY signs of life, despite immediate and continual CPR.

Unfortunately this means (to me) that they were dead, completely dead for some time IN THE SL. They died during the rounds, otherwise some sort of response should have been possible? agree? LL I know your a HC person. That would make sense, would it not?

she felt cool near the flap when it was open (she was to left of door near JR)

she didn't see froth near mouth, but she arrived after cpr was started

(froth is impt. cause defense has found a dr who will testify froth = poison, not heat stroke---voodoo stuff)

state pointing out lack of emergency equip. on site.

Whoops..sorry catching up with ya..And to answer your question regarding effectiveness of CPR on anyone who loses Vital Signs...With each minute that passes without V/S..decreases likelihood of getting a response to CPR..After 3 minutes without O2..brain damage commences, and even IF cardiac rhythm is re-started..Brain death and damages could leave one in permanent coma state..or loss of neurological functions...So in a nutshell, I have to assume these two were clinically Dead long before being dragged out of the "H3$$ Hole" ..What a horrible way to die :sick:

state brings up importance of autopsy report in knowing why they died

(must mean autopsy shows heat related death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) which D. of course will try to discredit and go with theories of ER drs. as most significant. (smoke n mirrors).

i love these ?'s cause they show something from jurors.

1. was flap opened or closed when Amy was removed? she doesn't know.

2.when U became aware amy was passed out was flaqp open? closed, she thinks.

3. when was amy removed? at same time flap was opened at end of round

4. any delay between amy passing out and her being taken out...no

5. could you have fallen asleep during early rounds...maybe..i had no concept of the time. were U parroting JR's words...yes..everybody was.

6. were u lucid ?: she feels like she was...(but she didn't hear many things others did)

(I'm sure D will make a big deal about her lack of hearing what many others heard...so what she didn't, they did)

I also wonder if JR.. did any recordings of happening inside that Sweat Lodge?..He could use them to teach his followers..and make money on them..I would not be surprised IF he did..however conveniently lost them when this tragedy happened..!! Humming.....I sure hope we get to hear from Dream Team reps on events that occurred leading up to this event :waitasec:

it was Liz Neuman who had planned the tapping signals with Laura Tucker, and Laura knows when Liz stopped tapping ( I don't right now but I'll find out) and I'm betting she died soon afterwards. Laura warned JR:

"I'm worried about Liz"..James Ray responded..."Liz knows what she's doing."

( Actually Liz was dying and no doubt DIDN't KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING, but was relying on James Rays statement: you are gonna feel like your dying but your not.)

For sure BBM..Voodoo Indeed..We have posted all sorts of links to counter such facts being suggested.....I have also said over and over again..IF poison was the cause..then Most everyone who have been effected..IF not all!! one interesting thought/fact I learned from saltydroid is this:

the late rounds were much quieter than earlier rounds, as the attendees stopped loud parroting of JR (you can do it) and concentrated on staying alive and preserving what energy/oxygen they could.

that loss of energy, which most of the attendees had to be experiencing, would also add to their inability to aid each other. that and 1. fear of JD and/or 2. belief in JR.

while its a difficult thing for them,( as evidenced by their testimony) and others, to understand, in the context of what they had been subjected to by JR, it is UNDERStandable that they were preoccupied with their own ability to stay alive and unable to look to their fellows.

Ohhh Thanks so much for this link..or direction to link..I did hear some of those testimony's of Jennifer and Laura..but wasnt able to follow it fully and lost so much of the context..So thanks, I now see and understand...

They should be getting started soon, I would think..I am keeping my eye on things..IS ( I cant get since last fall..Gerrrr) is over..so will have to wait for CNN live stream to get going....:seeya:
