Its up and running now..However didnt open up until after this new female witness was already talking..sounds as if she was a participant..and none too impressed with JR and his programs..

Testified to lack of sleep
States she did NOT shave head ( Been there done that in her past)
Intimidation tactics to get her to shave her head..
Writings>> regarding sexual recollections and meanings ????
$10,000.00 for this program..PLUS had to pay over and above that for lodgings to the tune thousands more...Not warned about this prior..

I just cant imagine people spending over ten grand to expose themselves to abuses like this..All in the name of growing yourself :waitasec:..Mr. Ray doesnt seem to be a very nice man!!:twocents:

yeah she hung back, was leery of Ray. didnt like him humiliating the lady who didn''t do yoga...she felt like something bad was goinna happen

by the time of the SL she was "feeling almost" nothing...why? at that pt I was tired, I was hungry, i waqs exhausted. i was done. there wasnt much of me left...

ray told us it was hotter than the others, why did you think it woulod be just be a nice warm event

in retrospect she thought she would like the warmth because she likes warm weather


why didnt you think about leaving? because of the group. she didnt want to leave the group.

why?

1. $
2. determined to get the most out of it
3. cohesive group
4. "we"...it was all about the group

did you trust JR?

yes because he said he's done this b4, dream team members said it was great,

im not watching him but usually he looks fairly self confident to me. one of the droid clips shows him REALLY looking uncomfy.

the fact that he's not doubled over in shame tells me a lot about him.

i just looked at him and he's fingering his mouth, which he normally doesn't do. I thjink the demeanor and tenor of this witness,l not to mention her description of his act, IS getting to him.

shes a strong presence, even though we can't see her.

I probably wont get to see the cross but they are gonna have to handle her with kid gloves. wonder which millionaire, eh, atty., will X her?

liz neuman was a dt member.

JR is constantly changing positioning in his chair..and constantly scratching his chin and head..and even ocasionally rocking in his chair...Nope..NOT comfy at all :floorlaugh:..Also, something that strikes me..He keeps justing out his chin as IF he is trying to stretch his neck muscles....Hummm LOL wonder IF he feels tense :floorlaugh:

This witness sounds somewhat depressed..and given her self analysis..she does sound to be a very interspective personality :innocent:

I think the female attny will do the cross..she (attny) appears to be alittle concerned..writing alot of note, stroking her chin..and doing ALOT OF BLINKING!!..

I agree, Defense is going to have to be very careful with this witness :rocker:

she remembers the # of stones, like Bev Bunn. I bet the D hates that she remembers that much detail.

liz sounded mostly normal in the 3rd round.

wow she was tunneling under the tent through the dirt

did you have any thoughts about yr safety? no, not then...3rd round...still clear headed..AT THAT POINT

at round 3 girl next to her started whimpering "Oh I'm hot" and the group around her started telling her she could do it but this witness then told her she needed to do what was RIGHT FOR YOU

and she left

(SHE IS A STRONG PERSON (the others were channeling JR) but not her. She stood up to the group dynamic, which was to act like mini JR's).

JR told em they might pass out. she thought it was hyperbole mostly. "over the top marketing."

afternoon break.

I love this witness. back in 30 mins.

i got the same vibe. trac do is her name, or something like that, Harvard, Oxford, editor law review, convicted phil spector ( good 4 her)

but her rapid paced, free wheeling ( and freer with the truth) style is not gonna work with this lady. wish I could see it.

if she starts plating games with the truth, this witness will nail her. I'm sure of it.

Ohhh yeah..Trac Do..I recall that name in the Spector Trial?? When did she go over to the "Dark Side" meaning defense world??..

Fast paced..long winded non factual or partial factual type questioning will NOT work with this witness at all!!..IF you have to leave costalpilot..I will try to post something that will give you a taste of how its going...IF you see me LOL on the floor..You can bet Ms. Do is failing miserably!!

I Have to say, this witness really does recall alot!! Given what she even admits about herself..she is someone who is more cerebral..does alot of thinking not doing..but takes everything in...She really is a strong witness and wonder just how the defense will deal with here!!

Her description of trying to help Liz really resonates with me..Liz was in trouble for a long time..and it's a shame JR didnt even try to assess his team and followers between each session..JR seemed in CONTROL MODE..This witness sure puts into perspective on just how this Guru operated!! :loser:

I had to go to the library and take my laptop cause my coverage is weak at home and this witness is SOOOOOO good.

Laura would have testified as to when the tapping from Liz stopped, and that would have been near her demise (imo). I wish the testimony was recorded online somewhere. I'd love to read her testimony. I'm thinking Liz died 45 mins to an hour b4 the end. But thats a guess, but I think its there in Laura's testimony.


anyone know how long the rounds lasted?

maybe its my bias but these atty's look like even they are feeling the emotion of this testimony. which is heartfelt, intelligent and a BIG PROBLEM for his royal highness.


sounds to me like she may have saved steven rays life. he dern near died as it was.
