I do not know what her reasons are... maybe she is scared? I feel she may know something and have mentioned it to the detective. She spoke with my son when we first found out and his feeling was that she was not being honest. She had said a few things that came off as strange given the circumstances. According to what she told me, they both met this guy on Craigslist and he set them up with a portfoilio and accounts on another modeling site (MM?) But then she started to get spooked by him. Yes Tia lived with her... I would think that with the appearance of a new modeling career, they would have both mentioned his name in talking with friends...
Don't worry about asking me questions, if I can answer them I will, I don't feel anyway about it except I want to find answers and I want Tia to have justice. I know my daughter was involved with gang activity... makes me wonder if something went wrong there... ?

If it weren't for other missing girls I would say it was her lifestyle but I'm leaning toward a MM connection, I can see her friend not being as forthcoming as you would think if they were involved in some sort of a legal activity ie smoking weed etc. something not so dangerous will still keep someone's mouth shut

Hmmm... maybe.... but I have to say this... My gut tells me there is something more... I do believe you are right in that it is possibly connected to MM though. Weed, in this case, just isn't relevant... whether it be smoking it or selling it... Unless it has someting to do with my daughter being murdered, I could care less... just saying...

Not really... there are a couple of people I consider POI's and I have passed this info on to the detective. Since this is a public site I think I will hold off on posting anything until it becomes more concrete or completely ruled out...

I am not clear on the time frame but I do know that a hunter found Tia's backpack with her personal belongings in it in a dry wash 1/2 way to Wickenburg... Which is completely in the other direction of where she was found... Don't know why but I just feel like I should include this...

What was in Tia's backpack if you know? Clothing, makeup, etc. like she was going somewhere overnight, or perhaps to a shoot?

If I remember correctly, it was her identification, a wallet... a few articles of clothing... I wonder if it was the clothing she had been wearing? Might have to ask that one.

If it was the clothing she was wearing that day/night, I would say that may be meaningful. Would she have removed them and put them in the bag, during a shoot? Or, if not Tia, would a stranger do that?

There is another case here, Sierra Lamar. While her body has still not been found, her Juicy bag she had with her when she was abducted was. In it, were her clothes she had been wearing that day, neatly folded. We discussed that oddity ad nauseam. Did she remove her clothes herself and fold them, or was it the person who abducted and killed her.

So I wonder why not include the panties with the rest of her clothing wherever they were discarded? I don't know if this person made a full circle in disposing of her body and then coming back around the LONG way (through Prescott & Wickenburg) to discard her clothing, or was it two people who went in two different directions?
