Circumstances of Recovery: The dismembered remains were found buried in a shallow grave approximately 4 miles off Interstate 40 on Needle Mountain Rd. near the town of Topock, AZ on 3/11/92. The head and right arm were not recovered.

Pros: The MP had a tattoo on his right forearm, and the UID's right arm was not located. Could this been as it was an identifier?
