Circumstances of Recovery: The dismembered remains were found buried in a shallow grave approximately 4 miles off Interstate 40 on Needle Mountain Rd. near the town of Topock, AZ on 3/11/92. The head and right arm were not recovered.

Does seem possible! The height of the UID stood out me, combined with the weight (which matches James'). I think he'd be worth submitting!

Both men have ruleouts listed in their own individual Namus Missing Persons cases - this UID is not among them.

The UID's case was recently updated in Namus but I can't see what was amended. He has zero ruleouts.
