I wonder if this could be Chantrea Khim, a Cambodian man missing from Portland, Oregon, since 2006. I don't know why he'd be in Arizona, though.

Coconino County is encouraging people with missing relatives to submit DNA samples to the databases used by researchers. A new reconstruction has been completed for UP9862.

The unidentified individual was male, between 25 and 45 years old, and approximately 5-foot-4 tall. Recent DNA analysis found that the individual was of Southeast Asian descent, with likely ancestry in the area of Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand or southern China. And a dental isotope analysis suggested he grew up in the midwestern United States -- potentially in Michigan, Illinois or Indiana.
