How terrible. I remember this case, and the mom should be charged as well and it appears she is. She knew the man had previously injured her the baby. She had 3 kids by who knows how many different men. I do not know the age of the 3rd child but I can only imagine the horror these kids went through and the terrible memories they will have.

You just do not leave your 3 small kids with anyone to babysit. He obviously was not cut out to be a boyfriend or a babysitter.

I am so sick of reading about these cases.

let me get this right. a month earlier the boyfriend broke the leg of 1 of her kids so then mom leaves him alone with all 3 kids... yeah she is just as guilty as the boyfriend.
