The Hong Kong Medical journal reports that prenatal scans on an expectant mom showed her baby had a large mass in its abdomen which was thought to be cancer.
When the baby girl was born, the mass turned out to be twin fetuses inside her. They were removed when the baby was 14 days old and she is doing well. The condition is known as 'fetus-in-fetu' and is very rare.
