Tacopina's been out of the media spotlight for some time now and is eager to start making the rounds again. It didn't take this couple long to hit the big-time. I am so not happy about the way this is going

I think Joe's working a lot cheaper, than he used to.

He got burnt by defending Joran van der Sloot and getting him sprung out of prison....and we know where that led. He then moved into the sports and entertainment attorney arena, where one can be set for life by repping a big name.

....he did, in the past. But that's actually low for big-name criminal attorneys.

I don't believe he believes them .... just the way he has said it over and over again. IMO

I am so gullible; I believed everything he said. YIKES! No wonder I don't make a good "sleuther"!!! You guys have to point out the obvious to me.
Seriously, I guess I just don't see how anyone WITH 5 children and talking so smoothly and sincerely is trying to fool "me"; that's how gullible I am!
Looking at JI I saw a man who has to look "stoic" to keep it together and it looked like DB is totally drained but her eyes were "busy"???
(Have to say that JB I could read like a book from the beginning.....to the end; just toooooo obvious! ha!)

LOL wfgodot, I'm not trying to convince you not to hire him if you ever need him but you might want to read up on him before you do...:innocent:.

He very much is a PR character but I watched him in court and was so upset and shocked for MM. After watching his performance I didn't see how she could win.

Me, I'd prefer a less famous personality with a better courtroom record and performance. Just saying.

Under our Constitution, everyone deserves a fair trial. I want every defendant to mount a good defense, so that there's less chance of future decisions overturning the eventual verdict. (That is in addition to my strong belief that the public deserves the right to commend, under the First Amendment.)

I lost count of the number of times he said "...at the end of the day..." after 4. And after 2 "...on the same page...". I'm never impressed by overuse of cliche phrases.

Also, sooooooo many words to say so little. JMO.

No offense to anyone, but he seems like he could be a new character on "The Sopranos" show, if it were to ever return to the airwaves. He would be playing a defense attorney for the Soprano family. And I'd watch it!

One good thing is that he mostly displayed respect for the media...even thanking them for questions he refused to answer and acknowledging "that's a good question, BUT...". PR BS, tho, IMO.

....and FINDING LISA is not a criminal attorney's job.
His sole purpose is to defend the accused.

So now the parents have a high profile criminal defense attorney. This is beginning to sound very hinky to me. I was on the fence, but now I'm thinking that there must be something to have this attorney working in their behalf.

JMO,but we see the same attorneys popping up on tv in highly publicized cases. It's not about justice ,it's about publicity. That predictor seems to stay the same .

.. And now as BS exits the stage.. Entering onto the stage is Tacopina to pick up where BS left off with his check list of priorities in tow..

Priority list is as follows:
-continue whipping the media into a full fledged frenzy.

-feed the pariah that feed off the negativity of the parents soap opera/radaronline lifestyles..

- continue and escalate the circus type atmosphere

- and always always keep in the forefront of your mind that this case has got the potential to go all the way to Casey Anthony status if we play our cards right..

And that's what will generate the big bucks and make them the latest "stars"..

IMO it's just as I predicted all one big money/fame making machine with the family nothing but pawns used to generate both the fame and the money..

Precious baby Lisa.. Well this was never about her, period.. She is nothing but the name and the face for the poster of this twisted production that missing children's cases have become.. Infact, if anything I see their(this newfound mentoring media production) goal would be that she need not be found or discovered just yet.. They want to still drag that out a bit and have a build up of sorts with a major climax at just the right time of their having Lisa found or discovered!!..
