This story was on the early news and reporters were trying to call him all night and he would not return their phone calls. He wanted this to happen.

I started to listen to this "interview" and then shut it off. It was strange...Baez sounded like he was talking about a girlfriend and not a client. Made me get the creeps up my back to say the least. Baez better change his tone when the trial happens, a jury won't like it!

Baez & Casey fought the Gag Order..Baez citing he would err on the side of the First Amendment every time...
Then
Baez & Casey gave up her right to a Speedy Trial when there was no Body or I should say Remains found.

Perhaps, Baez is getting in one more media appearance before Judge Perry imposes that GAG order on the Attorneys...

The A's did an interview with InSession last weekend that has not aired.YET.
Baez does an interview with InSession this morning...
...Now do we wait to hear from Mason?

May 9th Jury Selection is fast approaching.

BBM - I would think that the potential jurors for this trial will be getting their jury duty notices this week. My mom recently got a notice and it was six weeks in advance to her calling to see if she needed to show up. I think they are in the mail right now.

HAHA!!! He sure did. He still tries to maintain that this case is different, special, even. He has tried to paint LE, SA, RK as bad guys. Yet, he wants us believe his client is a kind, caring MOTY? He is predictable and only comes across as having the worst judge of character on earth.

One article I read last night actually called Jose a "high profile" lawyer...put him in the same league as CM (cough, cough). He may have a "high profile" case, but IMVHO that doesn't make him a high profile attorney. And it sure as heck doesn't make either him or Casey special.

haven't caught up with the thread - just finished listening to part 1.
OMG - I am listening and JB actually said something that for the first time hit me as being quite empathetic and brilliant. He asked what would you do if LE suddenly appeared at your door and wanted to take away your civil liberties. I was actually contemplating he might have a humanitarian bone in his body. In the next sentence, my contemplation was quickly affirmed that - no it really is all about JB! This whole clip then ends with JB saying he and all of his staff went to dinner and the conversation was about if you were charged with murder, how much money could your family come up with? Baez laughingly stated he was the one person of his staff who could come up with the least amount of money.

Cheese and Rice!!!!! I almost fell for the JB propaganda but he quickly came through being the true Baez that he is . . . . Mr. "Show Me the Money".

Listening to this on In Session this morning I'm really getting the feeling that none of this is coincidental...not the letter, not the connection between CM and the letter writer and certainly not the connection between Baez and In Session. Baez made the statement this morning that In Session is the only media that actually checks their facts. I can't really define it but something just isn't right. I hear it and I feel it but I can't put my finger on exactly what it is. Anyone else feeling me here?
