Jean C saying facts
1) didn't report 31 days
2) partying
3) Bella Vita tattoo

How do you humanize her? Separate it out - all mother's who go out to party are not murderers. How do you account for all of the friends saying KC was a great mom.

All the depos taken by SA don't care about the relationship between kc and Caylee.

How difficult is it going to be to seek a jury?
1) massive publicity
2) photos party/tattoo
3) gut instinct of defense atty's to believe client

I dont think her friends knew little caylee was in the trunk of her car alot of times... Her friends bought into the lies didnt know what they know now!
We dont really know anyone!!!!!!

JMO !

what can JB say that will explain why she never reported her daughter missing?

If her MOTHER had not gone looking for her and found her it would not have been reported at that time KC had no intentions of calling the cops!

JMO.

I also think she would have left town

JMO

These are the kind of statements that really cause me to worry

But wait...IF JB has something...isn't he supposed to turn it over to the SA? There can be no smoking guns...this isn't Perry Mason guys...

He can't introduce new evidence or new testimony...right...

It's clear from what I'm reading here that In Session only cares about ratings. The truth doesn't matter. I consider it a fake "news" show, like The Daily Show, only Jon Stewart would probably get the facts right, IMO.

Bam! I like you more everyday! :great:

Casey already gave conflicting stories as to why she didn't report Caylee missing. Actually, she never reported her missing, Cindy did.

1) Casey told the 911 operator after Cindy called three times that she was conducting her own search. She knew who had her and her name was ZFG.:liar:

2) Casey wrote in a jailhouse letter that she left Caylee with the nanny for a few days so she could buy new stuff and prepare to take Caylee away. Then her plans got beyond tangled when the nanny wouldn't give her back but she doesn't blame the nanny for not coming forward. She forgives her. :liar:

I wonder if Jose will pick number 1, 2, or go with a totally new lie. I think he'll make up some story based on ICA being scared or threatened by some unknown entity.

IMO

BBM - This has been brought up before that ICA was threatened and she was scared and of course I say BS on that. Anyone who is afraid or is being threatened will call 911, tell her parents, tell a boyfriend, tell her brother, NOT go out partying like a Rock Star for 31 days, go shopping/stealing in Target...the list goes on and on......that explanation just wont fly!

They can prover her lying by her cell phone. There never was a nanny and im sure there are no calls to said nanny. she has said Zanny was the baby sitter for a long time. she would have had to call her at some point.

Nanny was in car accident but no record of said accident and no nanny in hospital...

What a liar, a thief and most of all a murderer!

JMO

Jb says he decided a long time ago....

"If things get rough just sit down and practice law."

He is getting "choked up" talking about her. Jeez it's like he's defending a girlfriend that got called a bad name.
Colour by me.

At what point does he plan to put that into action?

It makes your blood boil dosent it?

Im a firm believer in what goes around comes around1

she will get hers of this im sure!

Hey i have a question!!!!!!!

Can a JUDGE disagree with a verdict and change it if he dosent agree with it?
Or can he change a sentence?

I'm leaving before I have to replace my monitor! :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

JB on in session

Wesh stating an inmate wrote to judge - jb thinks he is mentally disturbed (curtis jackson inmate from michigan) asking jb to be removed from defense team. jb saying media didn't check their facts before reporting.

curtis j has written about this case - he has never had any connection to this case, we have had this problem - a couple reporters pick this up and run with it. i have never had a story come up with in session without having someone from your station checking with me.

clarify: you are not stepping down from this case and kc has not asked you to do so
jb: not a shred of truth in this

jb: people on the out side of this case who have no knowledge put pressure on me - a long time ago i made the decision when things get a little rough - just sit down and practice law.

jb: i can tell you this about kc, the words people using to describe her - they don't know her who make these assumptions based upon what other people are saying. kc is intelligent and kind person. it is a shame not only what has been done to her but the system who have prejudged without giving anyone the benefit of the doubt. this is supposed to be the greatest system in the world and it is not living up to it as far as i am concerned.

jb the care and love she had for her daughter, i spent many hours with kc, spent time in kc and caylee's room, i've been as close as you can get to this mother and daughter relationship

I think the key word in all of this is practice, 'cause he sure as chit doesn't have it perfected!

I saw a "little bit" of the In Session show this morning ...

:waitasec:
When I first turned on the TV to IS and read the caption below the screen, I thought it was a "publicity stunt" by JB and team ... then I listened to find out it was an inmate from Michigan who filed the motion ...

I am sure, JB loved the attention this morning.

BTW, In Session is starting to get on my "nerves" -- so pro-Casey and pro-Anthony Family ... it takes "a lot" for me to watch that show !

These are the kind of statements that really cause me to worry

I can understand your feelings Bon, but we are talking about Baez here. He lawyers by obfuscation..."Look there is a dinasaur outside..." Just sayin.

LOL, Baez, just L. O. L.

Kind people do not run around lying and stealing from their mother and supposed best friend. You can STFU about how kind KC is.

We'll see how "kind" a jury thinks Casey is. The minute she is found guilty, Baez will walk away from her and never look back.

I want to know why, since Curtis Jackson is irrelevent to this case, Baez would feel it so necessary to go on TV and explain to anyone who would listen that CJ was just someone inserting himself into the case, ICA was really a great mother and everything is so unfair, and blah, blah, blah......

Oh, and BTW... JB is really proud to be a defense attorney. Whoopee!!!! :loser:

OT: you post reminds me of the cutest tee shirt that i saw while in Portland OR last summer. It was a cartoon picture of a dinasaur (like from a children's coloring book), and the dino was crying. The caption said "All my friends are DEAD".

So he's still promising the AHA moment is he? I'm sure it will be ICA is a kind, intelligent person who was deathly afraid of her father.

I recall Judge Perry asking if the DT was aware of Curtis Jackson a few hearings ago. CM shrugged him off and commented that he was "a nut" (paraphrased).

NOW...JB gives the NUT credibility by discussing him on National TV.

Wonder what his reason could possibly be?? Hmmmmmmmmmmm

JB...transparent as air. And "hot air" at that.

Guys, just this morning I was wondering what I could do to spread more kindness into the world. And well, kindness really does start in the home, you know? So I stole a 50 from my husband's wallet.

As close as you can get to the relationship? Sorry Jose, but the closest you can get to the mother/daughter relationship would require the daughter to be alive. Don't ever judge a book by it's cover.
