JB's comments about KC creep me out more than the ones GA made in those "staged letters".

Seriously...I feel like I need to borrow his pocket square and wipe myself off.

Blech

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh: Make sure you stick it back in his pocket after you are finished wiping..............LOL

Listening to this on In Session this morning I'm really getting the feeling that none of this is coincidental...not the letter, not the connection between CM and the letter writer and certainly not the connection between Baez and In Session. Baez made the statement this morning that In Session is the only media that actually checks their facts. I can't really define it but something just isn't right. I hear it and I feel it but I can't put my finger on exactly what it is. Anyone else feeling me here?

:rocker: I agree !

If I remember correctly when I saw In Session this morning, didn't Jean C this type of thing has happened before, and it happened on a case she was on with CM ? or did I hear wrong ... maybe NOT enough coffee when I heard that ? Please correct me if I heard that incorrectly.

In Session is VERY pro-Casey and pro-Anthony Family, along with their "sister station" HLN ... the only "host" on HLN that is absolutely certain that Casey murdered Caylee is NG :great:

I just can't wait to see this "Circus" end ...

He starts talking about what is the most misrepresented...Baez claims he is as close as anyone (outsider) can get in this mother daugther relationship...but Baez was not in ICA's life when Caylee was with her and alive...what he sees now is what CA is portraying...he saw her room, Caylee's room and she loves her daughter...so much love that she found the need to stop her from breathing...how absurd and if he thinks a jury will believe that....rots o ruck to him and ICA...for this will seal her fate...JMHO

Sure. JB has been on In Session quite a few times. There's been a lot of reports about HLN as the big media outlet at this case with constant coverage. They know the state isn't going to give them interviews or even a sound bite but the defense can and will. It was the same way in the Scott Peterson trial except it was court tv at the time. Nancy grace and Beth Caras were the main ones reporting right outside the court house.

I think until the hearings were finished HHJP asked that nothing be discussed. Don't think this applies to the hearings. And I also don't think anyone would disagree with what was written in that motion. lol

My personal opinion is that In Session decided to take a pro-KC and Anthony stance because no one else is, therefore it would be good for their ratings to lean KC's way. And the bottom line is...the bottom line. Baez is willing to give them exclusives and that means $$$.

I cannot hear JB voice and will not play his game. This in my opinion is a tactic to deflect something else. Not going to go there.

Unleash the WS lawyers. I wan't to know if it is SOP for handwritten INMATE correspondence to be filed as a 'real' motion in a case. (Not to mention filed at the very last minute before the Courthouse closes up shop for the day when no one can get a copy.. why is this familiar too?)

I can't remember any that we found out about first like this one. There have been a few filed with the court clerk though. We found out about those in discovery.

ETA: on second thought I think there was some stuff regarding River C. that happened to come out this way.

Of course they are...didnt TruTV just do an interview with GA/CA???

Baez gives them his OK because they are the only ones who call him first before they talk on the air, paraphrased...he's got to be in their good graces for an interview will happen, when that guilty verdict is reached and the penalty phase over and ICA is sentenced...sort of like the ace in the hole...JMHO

You bring up a good point....this all seems SO STRANGE....

But thinking further about this, now I wonder if there is ANY possibility that this Curtis Jackson has been exchanging written correspondence with KC as well....he has written correspondence to the court on two previous occasions, so I don't think it would be a stretch to believe he would also initiate contact with KC.

Keeping KC's correspondence with other inmates in mind (and the "stories" she told them), I wonder if she has been engaging in written conversations with him about baez, which then prompted HIM to file the motion on HER behalf (due to his obvious "mental state")..

If I recall, when I researched him previously, he was charged and found guilty of sending threatening letters through the mail system in a previous case?

IF there was correspondence between CJ and KC, woud the DT know?

Huh? I'm drawing a blank. JS denied the gag order. I can't remember anything like that JP ordered. What did this motion pertain to?

In Session is talking about it again. Coming up they are going to talk about how the "motion" got filed and blew up into a huge story.

There isn't ANYONE that can convince me that this was not planned. I'm not suggesting that the DT planned it with the "inmate"..... just that the events AFTER the filing were orchestrated somehow.

Something else odd here....was reading through Today's News media links...

Supposively this "motion" was filed right at court closing time yesterday....last night, many media sources reported on the listing on the docket and reported on SUSPECTED subject of motion (meaning they had not had a chance to view it yet)....

But Local 6 reports today that they "saw" the written motion LAST NIGHT but refrained from reporting on it since THEY determined it was NOT legitimate...

It was not until this morning that the other media apparently saw it...

so HOW did Local 6 see it to make the "phony" determination???

Jb says he decided a long time ago....

"If things get rough just sit down and practice law."

He is getting "choked up" talking about her. Jeez it's like he's defending a girlfriend that got called a bad name.

It's all part of the show. If he's invested, we will be too. He might even shed some real tears for effect.

All part of the Defense act............we'll see him soothing her, holding her shoulder when the emotional stuff is coming ala-CM during GA's testimony (god, that was funny cuz she never even flinched while her dad came unglued). It's all part of the show, people.

Not sure either but I wouldn't put my fingers on it!
