And am I allowed to summarize a comment on an article about the birth that says HM was pregnant twice before by two different men? And had abortions?

If true, I wish that would be brought up in court as another reason Sheila may have brought up abortion-- cause she already had brought her daughter twice, so it was business as usual for them....

I think you can link - but no discussion on the board if its not MSM - though it would be good if one of the Media outlets followed that up.
*Hello Media Outlets!
It would not surprise me that any evidence that is given in Bali is being well monitored and checked back home in the USA by the FBI and also by Sheila's representatives and family. If HM ever arrives back in the USA, they would already have evidence in place regarding some of this if there were any further proceedings. They have a vested interest in the case from a US perspective seeing that some of the text messages relating to the Hit Man.

SAY WHAT!!!!!! If true I now get the "thot" meaning. Lol.

Eta all smiles aside. Iirc HM also receives $500+ per mo for food and upkeep. So she can buy diapers and wipes etc from that allowance. Insane for a baby to be caught in this mess. Jmo

I saw that too. I decided not to comment on it, since it was made by an individual. And we have no idea if it's true or not. However, I have been thinking about it to myself.

:jail: Free Baby Stella!

There must be some way to get Baby Stella out of a prison sentence. How could anyone think this is best for an infant?

Without the baby in the prison then who cares or wants Heather to get "...better foods, pillows, cushions, microwave ovens, TV, Internet and cell phone service, even fans and air conditioning,..."

I want Heather to sweat a lot and eat only rice.

FYI: New Daily Mail article w/ photos of HM since having given birth.

She just has to get herself photographed by the media, doesn't she? I am sure that she was told by the man in the video that the media were there.

Tommy's mother and 'other relatives and friends' from Chicago were in the room with her. Wonder if Favia was there? I hope they are there to take the baby back to the US.

Tommy was left pacing in the jail. I hope that HM is taken back to the jail today as well.

"Although Miss Mack is not considered a flight risk, as a woman facing a serious charge she has to remain under guard at all time, no matter what the circumstances.

Joining her in the hospital room - and standing for a short time at the window - were the child's grandmother, Tommy Schaefer's mother, and other relatives and friends who had flown from their homes in Chicago.

And it is from his mother and relatives that Schaefer will have to rely for a first hand description of his baby, for he has been refused the right to travel under guard from Kerobokan Prison to the hospital.

Prison sources said he was 'pacing up and down with frustration' in his cell as he anxiously waits for the moment when he will first set eyes on his daughter.
‘He’s going crazy in there, wanting to see his daughter, but he’s been told he's a prisoner on a serious charge and there will be no hospital visits,’ a prison source said."

I would like to see an ''emergency petition'' asking for temporary guardianship to extended family members in the US given that the new ''mother'' was recently suicidal .

And let's not forget this threat to the baby's peaceful existence ...

Make arrangements to get your baby out of here,' one prisoner is reported to have angrily told her. 'We're fed up with being woken by crying babies.'
In an adjoining cell a prisoner in her late 30s is raising a baby which cries through the night, waking other inmates.

'This is what your baby is going to be doing - waking us up - and we don't want that,' Heather was told by one woman - according to visitors leaving the prison after delivering food to relatives in the women's section of the notorious prison.

Earlier this week Mack had given birth in a caesarian operation to her 6lb 1oz daughter, Stella Schaefer, the surname being after the father and her co-accused 21-year-old Tommy Schaefer

Now lets see which media outlet gets the first picture of Stella Schaefer - and how much the price tag was for it.

I sincerely hope poor Stella isn't going to be paraded around in Court.
This baby does not deserve to be in prison.

Dwyer argues that keeping infants in prisons violates their Constitutional 14th amendment due process rights as well as laws against housing minors with incarcerated adults.

http://www.hlntv.com/article/2013/05/10/prison-nursery

it IS a tough call -those first few months are very important but I also think that each case should be scrutinized.

In HM's case, she's prone to anger ((understatement)) and too volatile ..... I have concerns she could harm the baby in fit of ''not having her way'' and let's face it we know she's capable of murdering a family member. MOO

Must have passed the hat around to raise funds for travel expenses or somehow HM paid the tab. Jmo

What on earth would Tommy's mother have to say to HM? I realize it's her grandchild but I can't think of a more awkward situation.

So Tommy is still being treated like a criminal while HM is being treated like a tourist. SMH

I disagree. I want Stella to get A LOT of attention so pressure is applied to get her out of prison and away from her unstable and violent mother.

The plot thickens. It appears that SWM did know about the pregnancy before they left for Bali and it wasn't her first pregnancy. Long article, but a lot of new information. HM was locked up for mental health issues three times, she made threats to kill her mother and then herself.

Mack was hospitalized for mental health issues three times that year, court records show. She was pregnant in early 2012 while receiving services at a residential facility but, according to the records, that pregnancy ultimately was aborted.

But a Tribune review of emails, police reports and interviews suggests von Wiese-Mack knew about her daughter's pregnancy several days before they left for vacation.

"She is really a master at manipulation and lying and I need to be on guard ... I simply cannot afford to let my guard down for a moment with her," the mother wrote the next day. "She will stop at nothing to get at my money."

The emails provided by Jacobson mainly focus on the final 17 months of von Wiese-Mack's life after she moved to Chicago in 2013 and the discord continued. Three emails reference the pregnancy. In her last emails, sent from Bali days before her death, she accused her daughter of erratic, violent behavior.

It was nearly 3:30 a.m., and Sheila von Wiese-Mack was having another sleepless night. Hours earlier, she and her daughter had argued, and the teen still hadn't returned to their high-rise condo along Chicago's lakefront.

As she had so many times in the past, the worried parent tapped out an email to a close friend in which she described her anguish concerning her only child, Heather Mack.

"Heather was violent again ... Smashed several items in my home, threw things at me and left," she wrote last March 28. "Heather is in grave danger — and so am I."

Jacobson told the Tribune about the emails months ago and said he provided them to the FBI in case they would ever be needed as evidence. The FBI declined to comment.

I really hope this means the FBI will be waiting for her when she gets back to the US.
