I think he meant "send him my regards..."
Yes, I understand that.
However, I still believe that Fig Tree makes a good point and I agree with the stated opinion.

Don't know how old this book is but it also gives some info about advocates and the judicial system in Indonesia.

So I wonder if Scifo has found anyone yet? Judge Cohen was shooting for today. I believe she's due back in court on Wednesday? How did Scifo get involved anyway? :waitasec:
BBM: My guess is upon request, because he specialises in probate law - and Elkin does not.
Do we know what type of law Mr Wiese specialises in? I can't find him on Google because I don't know where he lives. But I see that he got himself a lawyer too.
"Wiese, an out-of-state attorney, feared the money would be used illegally for a bribe based on information he received from U.S. authorities about the Indonesian legal system, his attorney said Friday."

sbm bbmRemember Tommy then? http://websta.me/n/tommyexx ....It depends on what his Mom experienced with him, but I bet she doesn't like Heather one bit and blames her. It seems Tommy really veered off course when he met Heather. She worked on his weakness of wanting the easy, rich lifestyle, and he made the worst decision of his life. ....
I wonder about that. The man profiled there completed his undergraduate degree in 1989. If he was about 22 years old then, that would make him about 48 years old now which would make him about 14 years younger than Sheila. Not impossible by any means, but I seem to recall that at the time Sheila's memorial was held William Wiese spoke of some of his memories of Sheila as a young girl, which were reported in the Chicago Tribune. He wouldn't have such memories if he were 14 years younger. He might have gone to college much later than the average person, so my guessing his age based on graduation date could be very untrustworthy. But doesn't his picture put him closer to 48 than 60-something?
One of those links also says that the guy profiled was born and raised in northeast Michigan. Wasn't Sheila born in or near Grosse Pointe? (I'm not at all sure of this and even if true, the family could have moved, of course.)

Was Tommy an Eagle Scout-choir boy before his involvement w Heather? IIRC he worked as an escort or for an escort service.

ITA, bad decision, whether referring to involvement w HM or going to Bali, or clearly his worst decision, his actions in Bali.
Sorry if this has bn covered, but catching up on a couple days posts.
Q1
Has anyone here seen trust doc itself? MSM? ct filings in HM's actions attempting to force uncle/tt'ee to release $ for her Bali defense?
Q2
Was IL atty Elkins the one who prepared trust doc for mom?
Q3
Which atty/firm is listed in IL ct proceedings as rep'ing HM in above action? A link to ct records pls?
Well that attorney is about 48 so I guess it's not him?
Strange not to be able to find an attorney online. :waitasec:

Ironic that William Wiese is a criminal defense attorney himself

I feel pretty strongly that that William Wiese is not Sheila's brother. (My reasons are posted upthread, and they are just one gal's views, and may be wrong.)
Good to see you back, IslandLover!
Just noticed that the website address is for a William Weise, not William Wiese, so it's obviously not Sheila's brother.
His fee agreement, the filing says, was for $300,000 due to the cultural taboos of this case, including but not limited to, an unwed mother suspected of killing her own mother, as well as a pending trial in approximately one month.
