HM's last couple IG's are very angry. It sounds like the FBI may have interviewed TS and tried to interview HS. I don't understand her latest IG, though. It sounds like she thinks the FBI could somehow interfere with her coming back to Chicago. She's a US citizen - regardless of what she's done in the US or anywhere else in the world, she can't be denied re-entry when she comes back.

TS is in an interesting situation. According to HM's testimony, he is the only person alive who knows exactly what happened between him and SVWM. TS's family have no reason to love HM - they probably figure TS would never have gotten himself a murder rap if he hadn't hooked up with her. His cousin certainly has no reason to go down protecting HM. TS must know that HM is planning on returning to the US with Stella in a few months, leaving him to rot.

I suspect the FBI is pressuring both RB and TS, offering leniency to RB if he and TS stop protecting HM.

If this is happening, it might explain why HM's so ballistic. Perhaps she's afraid the FBI will pressure Indonesia, hoping to shoot down her appeal chances.

Ooops, typo. I meant HM.

I don't know how to do screenshots, but here's some recent comments accompanying old pics/clips from Chicago.

smsavage21 You in Chicago?
heathermack1102 @smsavage21 almost but not yet

'12' usually refers to the police. I'm guessing she means the FBI. I agree with Kamille, I think much of what she posts is designed to provoke, but I'm also beginning to think she really thinks she's getting out and coming back to Chicago in a few more months.

She seems to think the FBI can somehow mess up her chances of coming back to Chicago. I don't see how - as I posted elsewhere, she's an American citizen. If Indonesia lets her go, there's nothing the FBI can do to deny her entry to the US.

Sorry about the poor format on the IG clips. Perhaps someone more savvy can help!

Not the FBI, but maybe they'll notify Immigration/Customs and deny her entry at O'Hare Airport as she is a convicted felon???

Robert Bibbs is TS's cousin - the one who took TS to the airport.

The FBI arrested him and he has been placed on home confinement until his trial and forbidden to talk about the case or contact folks involved (HM and TS).

RB had 'advised' HM about the best way to murder her mother and get away with it. IIRC, HM first started trying to find a contract killer in February. RB was hoping for a cut of HM's money.

RB and TS were texting as TS was standing outside SWM's hotel room door on the fatal night. RB texted encouragement, and after the deed was done, texted TS that it was OK to not feel bad about killing SWM, because she wasn't a good person.

I believe he's charged with 'conspiracy to commit murder'. You should scroll back a few pages and read the texts the FBI presented to the court already. Apparently what's on the affidavit is only a small part of what they'll bring up in court.

On the day he was arrested, in front of FBI agents, TS called RB. The FBI told him to take the call - TS told RB "don't say a word" - right in front of the FBI.

This is all very important. HM and TS and RB are now dealing with the feds, not Indonesian corruption or US incompetence. All three of them could be subject to the same charges, based on the text messages. That means that even if she gets out early, HM likely will still face federal charges if she returns to the US.

I think the maximum sentence for this is 20 years, although RB probably won't get anywhere near that. HM and TS won't get off so easy.

eta: You may that even though the FBI went to Bali to investigate, the Indonesians were 'persuaded' to ignore the incriminating text messages because they allegedly might have been tampered with. As I posted earlier, there's no way the FBI's taking RB to trial without having already verified the authenticity of the messages.

I went through RB's Facebook today. https://www.facebook.com/ryan.labelhead?fref=ts It seems back in June, the court told him he could get a job. Then in July or so he said he has a job at Tootsie Roll. (didn't say what he was doing). He did mention someplace else he was under house arrest.

Thanks for this! Its's fine. I'm not on IG so I don't see these. Boy she is mad! (who cares). Her facebook post asked something about how many more months until she is free or something like that. Maybe she will be free to go home to Chicago, where "12" will be ready and waiting to charge her with conspiracy to murder. I mean, if they can charge RB, surely they can get HM.

No, it doesn't work that way.

Immigration verifies her citizenship. She's a US citizen, so they can't deny her entry, no matter what she's done outside the country.

Customs is only concerned with things she might be bringing back - whether they are permitted in the US and whether she owes duty on them.

She would be considered a Deporti - A foreigner who has been deported or is under sentence of deportation due to unlawful activities and breaking the rules of law in Indonesia.

Im pretty sure she will be officially deported by Indonesia after she is officially released (regardless of when it happens and how much money she has paid to get out of there) and she will be sent back to America if she likes it or not - I think that is Indonesian law - and under the supervision of the FBI if they have reason to believe she has to face charges back home - great or small. She may even be accompanied by them.
I dont know where that is in the thread, but Im sure we got that sorted somewhere in the beginning of the case.

Good memory!

There aren't too many scenarios.

1) She beats the 'slayer statute', gets her $$ and her appeal, and comes home free and clear (from Indonesia's standpoint). FBI may still be able to go after her for conspiracy to murder.

2) She doesn't beat the 'slayer statute' but still somehow gets out of jail. See above for the rest.

3) It seems rare, but sometimes prisoners in other countries are allowed to return to their home country to finish their sentence. Both countries have to agree, of course. I think both Schappelle Corby and Renae Lawrence (one of the Bali Nine) made it clear that they did NOT want to return to Australia to finish their sentences. I've never heard of an American citizen being allowed to do this, but HM comes up with some pretty amazing ideas (ectopic pregnancy, accusing SWM of hiding $10 million somewhere, etc. Perhaps this is what she's hoping to do (although I think it's pretty unlikely to happen that way). If this is what she was hoping to do, then the US could refuse to make the deal based on the FBI's recommendation.

So we have to take her back, even though she's a convicted murderer? Can the CIA do anything? Interpol??

Yes and no. As a citizen she has the right to reenter the country. I expect the FBI may meet her at the plane and immediately place her under arrest, but she cannot be barred from entering the country. Her citizenship cannot be revoked.

$12,000.00 to get TS to Bali on Sheilas credit card!!
Did you read the text exchanges -
The program says TS was in the bathroom waiting for the word from HM in the main room to come out and kill SvWM.
Emoticons - regular conversation on the kill plot - premeditated followup conversation - texts from Heather saying she cant wait for her mother to die ...
and that there was an attempt earlier of Sheilas life by HM in Bali - HM overdosed her mothers ICE tea (which is what we thought may have happened with the
prescription drugs that HM obtained illegally in Bali) - but Shelia didnt OD, she woke up and took no further action on it.

They said on the show that HM killed her mother to be with her man  - no, it was for the money and she needed a man (any man - any person other than herself) to do the job for her because not only is she an immature and irresponsible person,
she is a deceitful murderous psychopath.

... and they want to let this girl out early from her sentence?

Just watched it. G, they could've just read these threads and got a lot more information correctly. They left out the part where they (TS HM) talked about killing Sheila before they even left the United States. Also didn't mention that Heather had had other abortions before she even met Tommy. Also did not mention that Heather wanted her mother gone because she felt that her mother stole her money. It wasn't for her man. She just needed a man to do her dirty work and never intended on that man being a part of her inheritance

Yeah, it was a weak excuse for a program title, and I think they forgot to mention Sheilas broken arm and the violence Heather inflicted upon her.
The research was non existent in some areas.
I know plenty of people who adored their fathers, and they lost their fathers under the age of 10 years old. None of them played out this murederous scenario because of it. Thought the program kept focusing on that angle. They never
mentioned what it must have been like for Sheila to loose her husband.
Heather felt entitled - and she felt entitled to kill her mother - she felt the world owed her, and she still does.
She still hasnt shown an ounce of remorse. She couldnt give a sh@% really.

IIRC, HM was a little monster long before her father died. She (HM) also posted once about how different things were after her father was injured. He was confined to a wheelchair, which meant they were no longer able to do many of the things they used to do because it was too hard (I think she mentioned going to movies, in particular). He also went from being a lively, out-going man to a moody man in pain.

HM's claims that she couldn't get free of her mother make me sick. She was 18 years old - she was legally free to walk away and never see or talk to her mother again. Plenty of kids do. The problem was that high school dropout HM didn't want to get a GED and get a job like ordinary folks. What she wanted was complete control over all the money.

I really wish we got TS's insight on all this. When it first broke, I thought TS should demand a paternity test. I thought then that VonMar was HM's real love (and possibly the father of her two earlier pregnancies). It's pretty clear from her IG's that she's planning on going home to VonMar and crew.

I wonder what happened with her big plans to stay in Bali with Stella after her sentence was up, at least until TS was free and ready to come home? Was she told that even with $$$, Bali wouldn't let her stay? Or did she decide to just dump TS and bring Stella back to the US to move on with VonMar?

BBM

I'm pretty sure that she originally promised Tommy that she would stay and visit with Stella daily (you know, since he got the short end of the stick), but after they broke up and fell out she changed her mind. I also noticed that she deleted all pictures and mention of her (ex?) girlfriend, as well as any mention of her BFF Nadya (or Nadushka?). I think her bonds within Kerobokan are deteriorating, so now she can't wait to get back to Chicago and her squad.

ETA: I also don't necessarily think her and Vonmar are romantically involved. I wouldn't be surprised if they were friends with benefits in the past, but I think they're primarily just friends. JMO
