We know the pics were taken BEFORE she came back to Florida to start her Probation and that was August 24 2011

NO, I don't believe Baez has EVER spoken about it..but OCA did....

Casey also told a trustee that she "relinquished" rights to certain photos to Baez. "I was asked to pose for a couple photos. That was the extent of my involvement," she said. However, the nature of the photos was not revealed.

So, did she know how much those photos were worth? "No sir," she testified.

She did say that the photo relinquishment took place September 9, 2011, which happened to coincide during a series of tabloid pictures of Casey allegedly shopping. Casey said that Baez also sold family photos for $200,000 to ABC News to make money for her legal defense.

That might fit then - while I have no doubt the Anthony's have given money to FCA - I'm not so certain they would contribute money to Baez - by the end of the trial I think even they were aware he'd seriously double-crossed both of them.

Also, we do know that Baez has set up some kind of "ethical" deal with OCA where he was allowed to act as her agent for any kind of press deals - and that included the sale of photos and I'm guessing was the source of many of the radaronline articles/pics that plastered the internet in the early days of her release.

So any monies that look like she paid him may actually be from sales he made as her representative that were automatically funneled back to him.

Didn't Todd M. actually make a 70K contribution to the defense team?

Not sure where to post this question but it has relevance here, I believe. Was there ever a final statement of trial expenses provided by the JAC? What was the total amount billed to the JAC from d team?

Do you mean Casey Anthony? I don't understand the FCA, or OCA. The woman has a name, nothing, IMO, is gained by adding extra letters that have no meaning to people like me, who followed this case since the night of the 911 call(s), all through the trial, until she was found "not guilty".

With three people in the same family having the same initials - Caylee, Casey and Cindy, all CMA - it was expedient to identify Casey as FCA - Felon Casey Anthony.

And to clarify between Caylee, Cindy and Casey, I've referred to her as Felon Casey Anthony since that date.

The "O" refers to her jail status, where she was called Offender Casey Anthony by the penal system.

It is a shame that CA ruined so many lives, not just the one who are trying to get compensated, but her family and friends.

I am ready for the next chapter (not her book, but her life). She will end up on the wrong side of the law again and hopefully she won't escape the consequences.

I think the Judge is correct in that she doesn't have any money of her own. I can't understand how so many people are willing to support her. Maybe there aren't that many, just Uncle Phil. I do believe she has a relationship with her parents and that they are helping her more than strangers/attorneys.

If so, she is lying to the BK Court. That should not come as a surprise as we have seen CA, her mother, her father, her attorney(s) lie before. Some were under oath to tell the truth, too.

that hit the news Aug 3-4, 2011 (wed-thurs) and all the articles say the photos/video are from "this past weekend", which was the last weekend in July
