I couldn't find any reputable source reporting this... The article stated this reality show would air in the fall of 2014. However Investigation Discovery mentions nothing of it, and lists the names of all new shows for the 2014 - 2015 season, and it's not listed...

I just found some info from the boycott Casey Facebook page...(1) Zenaida's Response for Summary Judgment and (2) the Trustee's Motion to Strike Casey’s Amended Objection to the Claim by the ambulance company... I haven't read much of it yet, just found it, but it appears the Judge ruled against the Trustee and will not allow him to strike her amended objection to the ambulance company claim... Looks like Zenaida’s Response is 154 pages. Hope it jams!!!

The Bankruptcy Trustee wanted to Strike Casey’s Amended Objection to the Claim by the Ambulance company [when she fell in the elevator, while in leg chains and busted her mouth].

Casey filed an Objection to the Ambulance company’s CLAIM # 1, saying she should not have to pay the bill of $921.15 to the Ambulance company because she was in custody at the time, and Casey has no money [“insolvent”],*and the State of Florida, Orange County should pay the bill.
The Ambulance company had until May 11, 2013 to file a Response to Casey’s objection, but did not do so.

The Trustee says he is now in the process of closing the bankruptcy case and this unresolved Objection to the Ambulance CLAIM is hindering and delaying the closing of the bankruptcy case.

I taught the concept of satire to English students for years, and many of them had a hard time dividing fact from fiction. Indeed, satire is almost a lost art.

We know the Anthonys were paid $600K by Dr Phil, which they claimed was a donation to the Caylee Anthony foundation. Soon after that they closed the foundation with $100K distributed to other charities. We still don't know what happened to that money, which if what Dr Phil says was true, was intended to
support their efforts to " work closely with families of missing children to provide missing support, which will be focused mainly on the collection and dissemination of information about the missing child in an effort to facilitate widespread awareness". As far as I can ascertain, they have never declared what that money was spent on. It is very possible they were just laundering that money, and their intention all along was to give it to Casey.
Casey is now going through bankruptcy, which to a lot of us WS out here is
very suspicious.. If indeed Casey received monies from the Caylee foundation, it would have violated the fund's articles of incorporation, which prohibited the distribution of funds to directors, officers, or other private persons. I am sure if it could be proved the money went to Casey the Bankruptcy court would be concerned!

I for one remain very interested in all the Anthony family's financial chicanery, and will continue to be so. It's not OK for me to just shrug and say 'oh well'- I want to know when someone is going to be able to examine and expose all their dealings. It still makes me sick to know they are all playing the system and apparently getting away with it. IMO Apathy from the general public will only enable them to continue to abuse charitable donations. The funds from Dr Phil apparently didn't stay in their bank account long enough to make any mortgage payments.....
I am extremely grateful to Think Tank for the research and work she has continued to do on our behalf and am dismayed that it's felt inappropriate in any way to continue to monitor the Anthony family.

Omgosh ZsaZsa, thank you for posting this! Haha, I kept typing out a post similar to this, (but I never even came close to stating it as well as you did!) but deleted it each time for fear of a vacation. Same goes for typing and deleting posts concerning TT's absence. I saw how it played out, and I think I would've taken it personally if I were TT, (not presuming to speak for TT, just sayin how I felt about it) especially when it genuinely seemed most were under the impression that the discussions were not anything but relevant and, imo, a pretty important and necessary discussion related fca's " bankruptcy" claim. What I've been wondering, had there been any warnings to stay away from certain topics? I don't remember any, and it's closed so I obviously can't go back and review it... But I, too, will respect it here, but all finances that have, and will in the future, go through casey anthony's hands will remain a critical point for me and I hope somebody will eventually investigate them. I'm totally convinced, from those here at WS, that money was funneled to fca and her bankruptcy is a fraud!!! .... Now I will shut up and go away - on this topic...Just sort of feels like the ole saying, "the Anthony's always win" keeps ringing true... :notgood:

heidisams, I have no idea what went wrong ~ and I had been, as usual, checking in rather frequently. Nothing seemed out of line to me and I would really appreciate (and this is not said in an antagonistic manner) a clear explanation of what comment/discussion went so out of line that the side bar was shut down.
Certainly, the mods are all busy, the entire site is being updated (as I understand) and we all respect that this site is as successful and respected because of the firm rules of posting that are in effect.
But dang, if we can't understand or have been told what was such a major infraction to cause such a long shutdown, how can we prevent the same from happening again?

there's always hope that tax evasion will lead to their downfall, or at least extreme financial inconvenience! lotsa mobsters/etc have gotten away with murder and such (literally) and then have successfully been prosecuted and sent away long time via what the IRS uncovered

It was after the verdict of not guilty unfortunately but if it had been available to the jury I'm positive Casey would be in prison right now.

The interview was with a woman who worked with an online "amatuer detective" group and the info she had was found because of the Freedom of Information Act. I can't even remember what the info was but I was so impressed with what the lady found that I searched a lot of places looking for the group in which she was a member. I didn't know until I joined that I did find the site..it was Websleuths!

My question now is...who was the lady that was interviewed by Nancy Grace? I would love to say hello to the one I am so in awe of.

You might be thinking of the WSmembers whose screen names are AZ Lawyer and JWG.
They discovered the computer searches regarding fool proof suffocation made by Casey. Unfortunately the prosecution was not made aware of this until long after the verdict.
