I may be the only person here that feels some sympathy for Casey, who knows. I would read what she has to say because I can't imagine her life with her family was that easy. I would like to know the truth, although I doubt any of us ever will, but I would still read her account of the truth, just because I want to hear it.

I can't hate her, the same as I can't hate others of her supposed ('cause I don't know) ilk. I can only feel sorrow, misplaced in some instances I know.

I would read whatever she had to say, lies or not, and I wish her a decent, happy life from here on in.

Oh, I don't think Casey would ever tell the truth that people need, that anyone paying for her story would hope to hear. But her making money off her story, be it truth or lies, is something that many people feel needs to be nipped in the bud. Even if a person paying the wrongfully acquitted murderer to speak knew they would never hear the truth, they might pay anyway. A person in the media could consider it getting what they paid for even if all they got were lies, if airing an interview would get desired ratings. I personally would like to see her not profit (or profit more than she already has) from killing her baby. However she makes money otherwise is of no concern to me at all.

But even if the motion is denied, there is still the option of getting her for lying or not being totally forthcoming in her BK filing. Because I see some things on it that raise red flags, and I hope that whoever has the power to question some things will follow through to the fullest extent.

And if the powers that be in the federal bankruptcy system do not follow through with legal action against this person, if it is confirmed that she lied .... that sends a message to the general public that it is acceptable to LIE on official federal bankruptcy documents.

Trident. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Any Mother that can go from waking to find her child murdered/drowned/man-slaughtered or even unintentionally killed, to walking around block-buster video holding hands with her boyfriend THAT SAME DAY, smiling like she has not a friggin care in the world, will live a happy, happy life. She wouldn't let anyone get in the way of that.

I don't hate CA. I hate whatever involvement she had in her daughter's demise and I hate that she did not receive any punishment for it. From what we saw of her in the jail house interviews, she is not a very nice person. I think her parents had a very hard time trying to deal with the things she did before Caylee disappeared and I don't think they were involved in the disappearance. I doubt if she had gotten along with either of them for a very long time. I don't believe that GA molested her.

The fact that people confirm they would buy a book confirms her story is an asset in the bankruptcy case and should be sold for money to pay creditors. Personal opinion of Casey is not the issue in bankruptcy

I will admit that I hate Casey Anthony and those of her kind with every inch of my soul and feel no remorse about it. I hope her life is miserable and she is never able to escape what she has done to so many people, but most of all what she did to Caylee. Not ashamed to admit it either.

Even if the rights to the story are sold, Casey can tell her story any time she wants...she just can't ever be paid for it. The court cannot take away her right to speak even if it does take away her right to be paid for speaking.

She can tell her story for free or not tell it at all. She will always retain those options. All she will lose (if the Motion is approved) is her right to continue to profit from Caylee's murder (since that is the only thing making her life story potentially worth anything).

I just can't help but wonder if the crew is sitting there wishing they had not fought the motion for change of venue. (Although, I admit I do not know if sending the BK case to Orlando would have mattered because it is possible the appointed Trustee would have stayed with the case after the location changed.)

You can read her accounts of what happened- they are all on record. She gave several different versions, so don't hold your breath waiting for the truth to emerge.
She is a habitual liar and a sociopath. Whatever she relates in the future will be as self serving and narcissistic as every other tale she told, only she will assure anyone gullible enough to believe her that she has changed. That is not possible. Sociopaths do not change, they adapt their lies to manipulate
others.

However, IF the bankruptcy judge allows the civil suits of Zenaida, Roy Kronk, and Tim Miller to proceed, and IF they would win a financial judgment against her, then any money she makes could be seized by the people with a judgment against her.
The civil suit attorneys would have the legal right to take a deposition of her to find out what entity or person PAID HER, and how much and when.
The media outlets seem to prefer to keep their financial dealings with Baez and Casey Anthony a secret, until it is forced out by a ruling by a judge.
The spotlight will be on any media outlet or person doing any deals with her.

Bold by me. Would not the above phrase in the Trustee's motion include any part of her life in the future?
