I am fascinated by all of the energy and effort put forth on her behalf. She isnt worth it, but perhaps those representing her are driven by principle.

I think he means they can't question her under the umbrella of the Bankruptcy court.....I guess they should have been there for Q&A time.

I hear you. Where is the JUSTICE? Seriously, I can't wrap my head around the concept of an entire "team" that continues to protect the interests of FCA, allowing her to not only get away with murder, but to lie and freeload and be a complete waste of oxygen. HOW DO THESE PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT?

The thought of a murdered little girl rotting in a car trunk while her mother is off boffing her boyfriend apparently never bothered them. It's all about Casey, and what I suppose they assume is a Big Payday...SOMEWHERE...SOMEDAY. Yeah. Good luck with that.

Well, I still say this will end badly for her in the end. Her use-by date has already expired, as far as most people are concerned. That thought cheers me up...a little.

I can't get access to the story on Orlando Sentinel and yes, I believe I have deleted all my cookies. Still didn't work. Ugh!

From what I'm reading elsewhere, are they changing the wording of what the offer was for? It almost sounds like the ruling will depend upon FCA telling her story before it could be sold as an asset? I thought the whole point was to prevent her from selling her story at all.

The trustee says he has three offers for her life story, and wants a formal auction to sell it.

But in order to do so, Anthony would have to actually tell her life story so it can be sold.

Channel 9 and 13 have the exact same wording and picture almost like they are the same company.

Let's be honest here - where you see a lawyer - you see money...
put a nice label on it and call it pro bono but that's money too because it is free advertising of the very best kind and it is tax deductible. Kinda the double blessing type of work.

Oh come on - HER SHARE was $3500! That means she was paid maybe 15% of the total the pictures sold for - although I'm guessing it was actually a much lower percentage or higher sale value.

Remember those pictures were her first ones out of incarceration after the verdict. I wouldn't be surprised it the price tag was $350,000.00

Wait - wait just a second - I think or I understood that in the Bankruptcy process Zenaida and Tim Miller's lawyers won't be able to question her as part of their portion of the civil action under the bankruptcy umbrella. I'm not so sure a Bankruptcy Judge can make those kinds of judgements now he has sent it back to the civil court.....

But that's just me and my own kind of very clear headed logic which seems to differ from the legal process.

If FCA hasn't written her story, and that's a pretty big if - she wants to declare the value as "0" - right? Since you can't value something that isn't tangible - or that's there argument.

Isn't the Trustee holding up his hand and saying - "umm - not true! Look here - I have three bids of significant value for something you rate as "0"."

"I move we use my frame of reference for your "0" amount." It makes perfect sense to me - I don't understand why this BK Judge is having a hard time grasping this concept. Has he noticed by the way that for a person who claims to be broke she seems to have a legion of lawyers unlike most people who really are broke???

She knows that she's being hounded by news media. And not, for a good reason.
I'm pretty sure that she feels like she has to hide.
I think she's made herself so important in her eyes, that she's probably terrified that someone's going to find her and execute her.
I am surmising, that she has very few good days. Also, having to always ask for money, worrying about the IRS and lawsuits must be exhausting.
No Bella Vida going on here.
Don't get me wrong. I do not feel sorry for her one bit.
I am firmly in the "she got away with it camp".
For all the money in the world, I would hate to be her.

I wish I could think as optimistically as you! I can't because I believe this is no different than the way she has lived her entire life. I believe she thrives on discord and flirting with disaster. I believe she gets a rush every time she lies and plots person against person. I believe she is in her element playing the victim so whatever hounding she perceives the media is doing only enhances her victim role. Lol, she has asked for and/or stolen money her entire life so I'm sure it's not a problem for her now!

All that keeps me here is waiting to see what she does when God finally completes His plan. Apparently, He's not quite finished yet. But I am a very patient person.

Why would she not have to testify? Her appeals are done so there is no taking the 5th if the suits go to court....right?

I believe not having to answer questions in the civil suits refers only to depositions. If the cases go to trial I do believe she will have to testify. But...it's Florida...so not a whole lot will be required of her highness.

It is good to see that the trustee and the judge are not letting details go unchecked in the BK case though. To be honest I was not expecting anyone to put much effort into the checks and balances. I mean, given who she is I sort of expected this whole thing to just fly through the BK court with few if any questions asked. So kudos to the court, in particular the trustee.

I think it strange that the BK judge wants the civil trials to go on. I guess he believes that this "bankrupt person" has enough money to pay her civil defense lawyers. Isn't that a bit ironic?

Don't get me wrong. I'm happy that Zenaida and Roy will get their day in court, but the decision seems a bit ironic to me.

I wonder if the trustee is trying to auction the wrong thing. Isn't the true thing that they want to auction is FKC's silence, not her story. If the wording were such, then perhaps it wouldn't be future work.

I would bet that there are lots of case laws on people being paid to shut up or signing a gag agreement. They do it all the time in companies.

Perhaps they could auction her silence for a specific period of time like 50 years or something like they do to sensitive records before releasing to the public or something like that.

Well, I suppose that any potential media outlet should carefully consider whether or not people will actually want to hear her story...short of a confession that is. I think if she confessed she would make a mint of money.

Meanwhile, Watkins(attorney for the Trustee) disclosed they are investigating the monies that went to various attorneys, and specifically said he has requested records from Baez. Watkins also said they are investigating
allegations that Anthony has approached the media about her story.
