They are of the same mindset of the group from Tampa that sat on the jury. I recall cindy spilling her guts about her political leanings. She is definitely part of the 47%. She raised her... she is also a narcissist. They take and take and are highly offended if people ask them for money and tell them they owe them. They are entitled and special. Aren't cindy, george, lee still collecting fromthe govt?

Don't be surprised if you hear the baby killer is collecting social security disability. I say she has already filed for that and is probably collecting. Her attorneys shelter the money her adoring fans send her. Yep, life is good!

But don't get dismayed. These types luck run out eventually...when it does they come to a brutal end.

Can we please keep politics out of this? Politics have nothing to do with the evil of casey or the sense of entitlement of her family.

BBM. What actual proof does anyone have that she is living lavishly and traveling around? According to the bankruptcy docs the bling on her hand is costume.

Honey, I don't know about you but IMO, anyone who can eat, have housing, live in different locations, lie around getting a tan, receive a laptop, a new camera, a designer pooch and be clothed, ALL THE WHILE NOT HAVING A JOB FOR OVER A YEAR, is living lavishly.

OK, I found the BK filing again and got the case number to check the docket. Nothing exciting on there, and no judge assigned yet for some reason (they are assigned at the time of filing in the AZ district).

Has a date been set yet for the Meeting of the creditors?

JB did not accept any JAC money for services. Nor did he accept any "assignment" of the case from the state. Casey hired him and made her own private arrangements for payment.

Thanks. Okay if he agrees to work Pro Bono can he bill her for $500K later when he sees the prospect of some media cash?
Does he ( and other creditors) need documentation to support his claim-
what proof does he have to submit?
Or is his $500K a fiction, a nice round sum to boost the amount she 'owes'...?

IIRC (if i remember correctly) the theft from grandma's and grandpa's account for att cellphone was over $300- im wanting to say about $350-ish?
which that alone amazes me is ( i assume) she has one cellphone, and i work for att cellphone billing. they start calling/automated and texts saying you need to contact att regarding your account when it gets to be a few days past the due date...incredible she managed to rack up $350 worth of bill....sorry got off into the rabbit trail there. and lets not forget the theft of grandma's check to pay for caylee's 2nd bday party and cake at Publix too.

i remember reading in the book (d. fanning/"mommy's little girl") that grandma figured that she/grandma had gotten off easy for theft between the bday cake and att cellphone bill. she figures that casey took her parents for ?$45,000?-(probably between bank transactions and credit cards is what i figure.)
AND lets not forget casey stealing $$ out of caylee's bank too( george would put in $ off each paycheck)

She lied on the bankruptcy filing when she wrote her parent's address as her address.
She clearly does NOT live there.
She clearly has another address, no matter how short-term it has been.
