IIRC (if i remember correctly) the theft from grandma's and grandpa's account for att cellphone was over $300- im wanting to say about $350-ish?
which that alone amazes me is ( i assume) she has one cellphone, and i work for att cellphone billing. they start calling/automated and texts saying you need to contact att regarding your account when it gets to be a few days past the due date...incredible she managed to rack up $350 worth of bill....sorry got off into the rabbit trail there. and lets not forget the theft of grandma's check to pay for caylee's 2nd bday party and cake at Publix too.

I just wrote to the General Manager at that station, to complain.
I sincerely hope everyone in their viewing area and beyond, does the same.

I think this is all we can do to make sure further injustice does not occur. We, as a society, can let broadcasters know what is acceptable and what is not when it comes to paying criminals for interviews or showcasing their grubby lives to begin with.

Does he ( and other creditors) need documentation to support his claim-
what proof does he have to submit?
Or is his $500K a fiction, a nice round sum to boost the amount she 'owes'...?

I know this was addressed to AZlawyer but I can answer. What he can bill her is dependent on their retainer agreement (contract between client and attorney). If she disputed the debt, he would have to provide billings statements/invoices as well as, depending on the state, his efforts to collect the debt or resolve the issue through, for example, arbitration.

Would it be best for someone who wants to HELP the creditors a little [Zenaida, Tim Miller, Roy Kronk, realtor, expert witnesses, etc.], to write directly to a creditor who is listed on the bankruptcy filing, and provide the creditor with detailed information regarding FCA's money sources and ommissions of other creditors [Lee Anthony, prosecutor Frank George, State Witnesses, P.I. Pat McKenna, Atty Mason, Atty Fryer, Atty Dot Sims, jury consultant Rosalie Bolin, church people Steve Camp of the Cross Church, etc.] on the filing, or to write to the Bankruptcy Court?

You go to the Trustee! They are the ones that make the decisions about what is discharged or not. Bankruptcy is very quick and the judge just signs off on what the Trustee says..unless it is contested at court. I started with the Trustee who was listed on the letter I received and went from there.

In Federal Court, it's under 547 - Preference to certain creditors. You can not do that and the entire thing can be thrown out. It's been so long since I dealt with it and I did have help from an attorney to fight it.

Maybe our magical attorney's can makes sense of it. :waitasec: I really don't think she will get it all discharged. The filed paperwork is full of lies, if she says her photos are only worth $25 and she sold some for $250,000...she has a problem. It's all about the creditors fighting tooth and nail. If they don't, it will all be discharged. Something tells me ZG's team is NOT going away. :twocents:

On one of those tweets someone asks her what they did with the 'Caylee fund money', and Cindy responds that they gave it to Casey and some to Lee.

Her parents' address is listed as her home address, though Greene says that she is not living with them. He says that address was listed because it was her most recent permanent address.
