So, it's come down to who is more sane, CS or MG? That is pretty sad.

I vote for Mel being the more balanced of the two.
I am with some of the others. It is very sad that Sheen as hit the bottom. Once there, the only way to go is up, or he is gone. I can see he is sliding down to the bottom and ready to get off. I wish anyone in that position the best for a recovery. Such a sad state of affairs.

Wow, just showed a live shot of him on the Today Show, looks even worse. I am happy to hear the boys are not there right now. If CS is truly trying to go drug/alcohol free, I hope he knows that can be very dangerous health wise. You can't just go cold turkey if your problem was severe. He looks like a skeleton with deep dark circles under his eyes. He is manic. He needs to be taken to a hospital. He needs meds, and his mind has probably just flipped further over the rainbow with the boys being taken. This is so very sad. All of it. I hope CS lives through it. I hope the children do not have to go back until it is safe, er, CS is safe.

Wow!!!! CS had a 'deer in headlights' look! Like reality is setting in. He spoke more sensibly than he has in days! He also looks like he hasn't slept in days.

I think it was a HUGE shock for him that the boys were taken away because as you all have heard, he is winning!

He denied threatening Brooke. But he always denies accusations of abusive behavior made by women in his life.

CS' lawyer was with him in the interview.

I agree wm. He had that gray pallor I have noticed in people right before a heart attack or stroke. It was one scary shot. I hope he can pull it together soon, for himself and his family.

On a different note, I am wondering why his lawyer hasn't told him to stop the interviews and the new twitter account, or any internet communicating about all of these legal issues. Even said he "thought" it was ok to give a "live" statement to Brooke. Wow, not any lawyer I know would do that, but I am not in Hollywood either, so maybe that is the difference.

TMZ has obtained the restraining order Brooke Mueller got against Charlie Sheen ... which led to his children being removed last night -- among the most incendiary allegations ... that he wanted some of his associates killed.

Okay, did some investigating (don't know why I'm wasting my time on such a thing!!!!) and it looks like Mueller must have obtained emergency orders allowing her to remove the kids from Sheen's custody. Here's why:

Their divorce decree gives him the 1st, 3rd and 5th weekends of each month from Saturday to Monday, with the kids and from Monday through Thursday after the weekends that are not his (after the 2nd and 4th weekends of each month), so looking at a calendar, from February 28, 2011 (Monday) through March 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., should be his time with the boys. So if they were removed during that time period, his ex got a court order.

I cannot edit now, but my post should have said that Sheen's regular custodial period with the kids would have been from 2-28-11 to 3-3-11, not 3-1-11.

I'm sure his lawyer has told him repeatedly to stop. It's clear that no one can say anything to this guy that makes sense to him. Maybe a judge will be able to. However, if that was my client, I would do a motion to withdraw as counsel or get him to sign a substitution of attorney. But his attorney may value the money he gets from billing Sheen for every second he spends trying to handle this b.s. more than he values his ability to control his clients. So, he'll go along for the ride.

I agree about his attorney, probably told him to knock it off to no avail, and may just stay there for the money that is coming in or even to try to help Charlie. IDK, just know it is crazy.

Charlie may think he is doing a "live reality show", but all of the things his has said on tape/internet/phone are going to bite him in the behind when the legal filings begin for both the show, his wages, and big time more so custody. I don't know if a Judge would leave 2 small children there or not.

I would think the wanting to have the associates killed would be enough to have him put on a 5150 hold here in California. People have been placed into a psychiatric hold for a lot less.
