I would think the wanting to have the associates killed would be enough to have him put on a 5150 hold here in California. People have been placed into a psychiatric hold for a lot less.

Idk Nancy2441. For some reason I think I remember someone saying that someone must be threatening to kill themselves to be put on a 5150 hold. (Supposedly Brittanee was threatening to do herself in when Papa Spears stepped in. Thank the Good Lord he did when he did!)

Anyway, Charlie is allegedly threatening to kill others. He's not threatening to harm himself (cause he had Adonis DNA) so I don't know the rules. Somebody needs to step in and do something.....CS is a loose cannon!

I agree about his attorney, probably told him to knock it off to no avail, and may just stay there for the money that is coming in or even to try to help Charlie. IDK, just know it is crazy.

Charlie may think he is doing a "live reality show", but all of the things his has said on tape/internet/phone are going to bite him in the behind when the legal filings begin for both the show, his wages, and big time more so custody. I don't know if a Judge would leave 2 small children there or not.

I read her TRO request and based on what I read, she is likely to win in the short term. According to her, until recently, he never exercised his visitation with the boys or showed interest in them. I think it's clear she went to the Bahamas with him and started hanging out with him because he promised her a house. So, I don't think Mueller is a stellar person. She knows he has problems but ignored those and put the children in the middle of this circus, for a house.

But clearly, his bizarre behavior, threats, some of which she has on text message, his statements to the media, his withholding of the kids from her once they returned from the Bahamas, all of that is enough for a judge to be alarmed. Would he harm the kids directly? I don't think so but they may be exposed to violence, drugs or alcohol abuse while in his care and that's enough to threaten their safety. Very sad stuff for all involved.

Very upsetting. It is clear from watching this that the twin with the apple has no bond with CS. None whatsoever. And the little curly haired baby, I really think there is a problem with him. He seemed delayed. I know that there are rumors that Brooke used during her pregnancy and that one of the babies had problems and stayed in the hospital for a long time. I am sure that is the one.
There was another video on there with CSs "proof" that Brooke is using. It showed her room after she left. The problem is, it could have been CSs room for all we know. I am sure they all had drugs around. And the "goddess" looks a little worse for the wear. I can't believe she is only 24. She looks much older and very much worn out.

I agree with you. He certainly handled this transfer with more grace than he has been handling much of his recent 24/7 publicity tour. Charlie seemed focused on his kid and calm, considering the circumstances. He found the high road for a second - nice to see.

And, FWIW, I think he probably is clean from coke right now and that seems to be his pattern - buckle down and work followed by crazy all-out blowouts.

I hate when two parents can't work out kid matters without getting the courts involved. Sometimes, going to a judge is necessary, of course, but it never bodes well for the kids when two grown-a$$ adults can't figure things out all by themselves.

That Brooke chick was standing right by her man with one of those little girls on her hip showing allegiance.

In all honesty even before all this went down I felt for Denise Richards. I am no big fan of hers, but if this guy was my ex husband and my kids were in his care I'd be a tad worried.

Now the same thing is happening to this new wife or soon to be ex wife only there's two women behind him showing force.

In a radio interview last week, Day said, Sheen referred to himself a "Vatican assassin warlock," which Day said is a "blatant offense against our ways."

The warlock said he's going to take magical action against Sheen to "bind him" and prevent him from using the word in a negative way in the future.

Day also said his coven would be willing to help cleanse Sheen, his home and his career if the actor were open to it.
