Here is a side by of Powell and Benjaman:

The first pic you can see well, the right ear is the same.

Carolwood, thanks for posting those. On enlarging the last side by side, I see a great similarity around the eyes: eye shape, the fold of skin under the eyes, the slant of the lines at the eye corners, and then the peculiar indentation above the corner of the left eyes by the tear ducts. The lips look similar to me as well. The way the ears lay against the head is very similar.

Shape of the top of the head is different with BK's head is more dome like, and also his nose is thinner and more pointed, and the fullness of the eyebrows different, but all in all, they look to me like they could be father and son. The similarities are what drew me to think they might at least be descended from the same line of Powells.

no one listed as living in his home.

I was hoping someone would know how to do the photo comparison with this photo.
I thought Paul resembled Benjamen(BK amnesia victim) for a few reasons:
missing top front teeth from accident
was in bad auto accident, in coma 3 days, then checked himself out of hospital and not been heard from since.
Vivid blue eyes
Is it possible the marks on Benjamens arms are not skin graphs but marks from getting rid of tatoos?
Hope I put this in the right place!

The picture does look like a young Benjaman Kyle, if he had long hair.
Con:
But, if he was 35 in 2000, he now would be only 44.
I think that would make him too young to be Benjaman K.

Also, I don't think Benjaman K had any piercings or tattoo's.
As for the skin grafts, I am unsure what the difference is or what the area would look like, tattoo removal vs skin grafts.

In searching ancestry, it appears he was born in Los Angeles County, CA on Nov 17, 1946 and his mothers maiden last name was Kelly. The only other thing I can find is a Richard E Strehle living in Juno Beach, FL in 1993. It appears that his father was also Richard E Strehle and was a WW II hero who was honored at Pomona College in Pomona, CA.

Odd circumstances for Richard S.
There is no physical description. No color of eyes, hair, no height, no
weight .. hard to tell.
He does have a certain look of BK, esp. in his age regressed pic.

But never to be seen again?
Never signed up as a realtor again?
Never got in touch with family?
Sounds like a possible suicide.
But so hard to know.

I found this photo from Shenandoan High School, 68' graduates. Ancestry said Indianapolis, so I am assuming this is school is in Indy.

Maybe a side by side with the age regressed photo of BK.

IMO: hair is parted on opposite side, nose looks thicker, but, it could be.

Looking at the side to side pictures, there is a resemblance.
Either that, or I have looked at so many pictures, I want to see
a resemblance.

Con: Hair parted on the opposite side than BK. Nose appears thicker.
Pro: Ears line up with eyebrows.
Chin. ? Not quite the same.

IMO: Maybe.

Oh, nevermind, his info was not entered until Dec 2008. He is missing from a mall in BOULDER, CO around the time period BK might have been in CO The date he went missing was July 29, 1989, so maybe that is where the 29 comes from? IMO, he looks like a good match. Similar nose, eye color, eye brows. He even has the same ears. Height is off, but the report was not made for 19 yrs, so perhaps they were off on the height?? What is BK's shoe size?

I am researching an Indiana connection. I did find a Richard Meyer who attended Ball State U in Muncie, Indiana in 1967.

I will contact LE in Boulder on this guy and find out the story. They have no DNA or dentals on file it appears.

Your comment brings up a question....Did BK have any recontructive surgery on his nose after he was found? If he was badly beaten, was his nose broken and had to be reconstructed? If so, maybe all these noses that we are looking at cannot be matched to the photos we have of BK now. He did say he did not recognize himself...perhaps part of the reason why is because his nose structure was different?
