It says the kid had brown eyes but he's been gone for a long time.

I myself at about age 4, jumped in a swimming pool and almost drowned, scared me to death. Still don't like pools I can't see the bottom in 'til this day. Mother states he was afraid of water, and was in the tent, last they saw of him. But it is also possible, they were getting ready to go fishing, maybe he left without them with his pole. I wonder, didn't say, if the pole he had was there at the campsite?

We actually don't reach out to family, Roselvr. We try and sleuth it out via law enforcement and the media sources we can find. Too many of these families have been subjected to impostors and well meaning folks who give them false hope. Mr. Kyle is much in the same boat-I cannot tell you the number of matches people have called in for him stating absolutely they know the missing person is him...

Bold by me-if you look at the doe network pictures that show both sides of his face, one ear looks almost cauliflower to me-I watched a lot of boxing with my dad in my younger days, and he always showed me how you could tell a former boxer by the shattered ear cartilage and broken nose, lol.

BK has such distinguishing features-unusual eye color, distinctive nose and ears....he has to be somewhere!!!

I don't think BK is Danny B.
Danny's big brown eyes does it for me.
I too, have read a lot of the Danny B case.
His mother has given conflicting reports over the
years. It could be from the horrible stress
of losing a child.
IMO: I think Danny B was abducted.

what if, he was an original "stolen child" ? that could explain why a family won't come forward.....and also, say (as i have thought all along...he had "money to be alotted to a wifey if dead"?) i don't remember which forum here, but there is another very young boy that dissapread in the smokey mtns. something to think about, a not "honest" heritage, then a greedy wifey and maybe not kids?

No worries, LOL! I'm embarrassed at some of the things I 'lowered' myself to when I first became a sleuth. :doh: We all learn as we go!

I noticed this before when trying to get wikipedia to allow some of his photos there. One or two, that I recall, are flipped. If I'm remembering right they are ones where he appears to be in a living room. I think the silly pic was taken at the same time ... again, if I'm remembering correctly.

Thanks for that info! I'm pretty sure Ben would let everyone know if he had a burn scar on his knee. Also, the brown eyes don't match. Must keep trying.

Perry Grant Matheson, reported missing by his brother in Vermont in 93 When he left he was distraught about his mother being ill. They found his car burned up but no sign of Perry. The only photo I can find is really bad, I did some modification to try to clear him up some, the one where I turned him blue, I was trying to get a more defined image of the contour of his nose. Also, Perry is 5'11' (match) blue eyes (match). Perry was 66 in 2008. I only played with the color on the photo, I kept the proportions and everything else as was..didn't want to distort him into looking different than he is. I think I'm posting this to the correct thread, if not, feel free to move it.

I started a new thread on Mr. Matheson, and I will email the detective in charge first thing in the morning. Find out if there is DNA/dentals on file, and beg for a better photo. I worked on Tawni, and do agree that when it's the right person it jumps out, but Mr. Matheson's photo is such poor quality that the left side of his face isn't even visible. I've scoured the internet for the last 2 days looking for another pic...no luck.
