I'm so glad, I'm so glad, so glad, so glad, I'm glad.
You read my mind!!!

Cream Lyrics
"Cream I'm So Glad lyrics"

I'm so glad, I'm so glad
I'm glad, I'm glad, I'm glad
I'm so glad, I'm so glad
I'm glad, I'm glad, I'm glad

I don't know what to do, I don't know what to do, I don't know what to do
I'm tired of weeping, I'm tired of moaning, I'm tired of crying for you

I'm so glad, I'm so glad
I'm glad, I'm glad, I'm glad
I'm so glad, I'm so glad
I'm glad, I'm glad, I'm glad

I'm tired of weeping, I'm tired of moaning, I'm tired of groaning for you
I don't know what to do, I don't know what to do, I don't know what to do

I'm so glad, I'm so glad
I'm glad, I'm glad, I'm glad
I'm so glad, I'm so glad
I'm glad, I'm glad, I'm glad

(Chorus repeated 5 times)

Baez knew all along that there wasen't any privilege involved between Padilla's team and his team. He's an attorney, he the one that drew up the contract padilla's team signed. He was just trying to pull a fast one on judge Strickland, and the judge knows it. I think this is an example of what we can expect to see alot of from Baez & company when this case goes to trial.

I seem to remember when Padilla came to town that some Legal Experts talked about the confidentially issue and how this was going to come back and bite Baez in the butt if this case went to trial. And here we are now 11 month or so later and Tadaaaa.... Baez made a big oops.

I sure hope this does not give Casey a grounds for an appeal as another one of Baez's incompetent moves.

I am very excited to hear what all Casey said to everyone while poor Caylee was just deteriorating away getting eating up by animals.:furious::behindbar I pray Casey does not get away with this crime if she did in fact kill her daughter, which "IMO" she did but I am not the jury or judge..I say this is a great win for the SA and yesterday's so called win for Baez I see as a win for the SA as well, now Baez will have more work on his plate trying to prove something that was not fact. Good Luck with that one.
So, when do we get to see the interviews with Tracy anyone know? LOL:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Judge Strickland : Padilla Not Bound By Agreement
"snip"
Strickland has ruled that attorney-client privilege does not extend to Padilla and his employee's who spent several days with Casey after bonding her out of jail last summer.

Baez asked Judge Strickland to bar Padilla from testifying about information obtained while guarding Casey Anthony, but the judge ruled on Thursday that a privacy agreement between Padilla and the defense is not valid.

Padilla posted Anthony's $500,000 bond last summer and Baez accepted the offer, but not before drawing up a privacy agreement he hoped would prevent Padilla and his associates from testifying about what was said in their presence.

In an order released Thursday, Strickland agreed with the assistant state attorney, who, in a hearing last week, argued that "only statements made in the rendition of legal services are subject to the privilege."

The state attorney's office said Padilla was not rendering a legal service, they were simply protecting their investment.

Casey was considered an investment because if she ran, Padilla would have been out $500,000.

It is not known what Padilla heard during his time with Anthony, so it is not clear what impact this could have on the trial.

Leonard claims on the Levi show he was present when she came up with her B plan story.

Several months ago on NG, LP said that KC told him the b park story. When he told KC he did not believe her and wanted the truth, KC got angry and told him to get out of her house.

Here is the link to Stickland's Order Denying the Motion

http://www.cfnews13.com/uploadedFil...ive Order and to Bar Privileged Testimony.PDF

Another badly written "aggreement" by JB, with a whole reinterpretation, when expedient.

You gotta know that SS was shaking his head, when he read that.

Judge S prolly did a  followed by a :shakehead: and now is allowing the P team to :dj: if needed

:)

Perhaps the exclusion of the P team as part of he defense that was written into the document was a deciding factor. JB contradicted himself in his own document, whether real or reconstructed.:confused::clap:

BBM

JB must be doing  followed by :banghead:

I hate to be the party pooper in the group, but how do we know this testimony will reveal anything different/new than what we've already heard LP spout on the airwaves?

Yes, I'm glad Strickland ruled to allow it in, but I'm not sure I would consider it a "big win" for the Pros. I guess call me jaded already from this case. We get hyped up over a certain document and testimony only to find out that it's old news or it wasn't as great as we expected.

I hope I'm proved wrong, of course. And again, sorry to be the downer in the group today.

Actually looking at the big picture this is an interesting developement. I remember how mad I was when LP bonded Casey out so she could eat brownies all day at home and go online in JB's office instead of sitting in jail. I was furious about it actually! But now look, every word she said while she was out will be coming back to bite her in the azz at her trial. JB fought this so hard, it makes me think there must be plenty of incriminating stuff, maybe not a smoking gun but more testimony about how she didnt give a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 about finding Caylee, (except, oh yeah she rocked the tee shirt.) SO IMHO this is a nice dose of Karma. Actually it was brilliant of LP to have Tracey in there. Wow, long post for me, LOL.

I'm very interested in Tracy and Rob's interviews. I think that they will be able to really show to KC's state of mind while Caylee was missing and I think that info will help by putting just one more nail in KC's coffin (so to speak).

JB has fought this, that is true. But I feel that I can't trust JB. He will fight anything as a delay tactic.

IT might be like the Jail video that worked to get squashed. It shows reactions. These folks might not have video, but they can talk about what they seen or what they did not see. Tie that with psyc reports, etc... That would be damaging to the case.

What we do know, is that she made no attempt to find her daughter. OUCH! Did she talk about her? Did she act worried about her daughter? What was her main topic of conversation?

Where she has any good stuff to say.. Well, we got a different kidnapping story from Lee, that isn't considered 'offical'. No telling what she might have told Tracy. Most likely it will not be the truth, any more then the story she told lee. But I would still like to hear it.

Tony said here Tracy's testimony would be interesting. LE had to go out to CA to interview her. I don't think they would have bothered unless they hadn't heard there was something there worth listening to.

I don't think what Tracy has to say will be what nails KC. Just something else that points to her not being innocent.

I think this is great news.

Quite honestly, anything that doesn't go THEIR way spells good news for me.

Ha, maybe I'm just a spiteful b_tch like that. LOL

Well....this certainly is some good news for a rainy Friday morning. I'm sure Tracey and Rob's testimony will further nail down the fact that Caylee was the furthest thing from KC's mind.

KC pleaded with CA and GA to get her out so she could help look for Caylee. Tony posted the bond and KC made dinner and brownies. That's going to give the jury quite a bit of insight as to what her state of mind was while her daughter was "missing".

Score one for justice. Judge Stan rocks!

Yep,I remember that.He said he sat down to talk to her and when she started with the BS he told her he wasn't buying her stories. She told him to get out and he never had another opportunity with her.

I consider this to be wonderful news!

The relevance of this testimony is (direct testimony under oath) that it is considered to be material (not just LP hearsay evidence from the media) that CAN NOW be used in court by the prosecution as to the consciousness of guilt aspect, just like the lies she told to LE will be, although it is different because she did this even after spending umpteen days in jail before being bailed out to help find her missing daughter by LP, or so he thought!

Pathological Liar, YOU BET! She never lifted a finger to find her missing daughter.......Know what I mean (KWIM).

I think what is wonderful about this ruling is that the JURY will get to hear this testimony! Imagine if it would not be allowed in as part of what is presented on this case! Of course us websleuthers have heard it over and over and backwards and forewards... but not the jury. I am SOOOO elated over this ruling.

ETA: The jury will be able to use Leonard et al's testimony with WEIGHT IN THEIR FINAL DECISION now! This is wonderful news!

Very good point. I hadn't thought of it that way, so thank you.
Like I said, I really don't like being a downer, and whatever puts another nail in KCs coffin is fine by me. I just think I'm getting jaded and extremely weary waiting for justice for little Caylee... as I'm sure we all are.

Just can't wait to hear GUILTY! :woohoo:

Absolutely a win for the prosecution - Rob and Tracy will have a lot to say about KC's state of mind - right you all are - just more testimony to bolster all the rest the pros have! And, no gag order for LP
