I have seen the 'cane' BC used walking into court. It is posted on many news sites. It is not a walking cane because of its thickness...to support any weight or balance. The cane is not a typical cane a blind or visually impaired person uses....those have red and white stripes to show they are special used by visually impaired.

What kind of a cane is this for? I did not see him using it for any thing in particular.

I think that type of cane (which has been around a long time) is known as a hospital cane (also a tourist cane) and gives support to the user and keeps them from slipping. It's a very common cane made of solid wood for strength and durability. If BC has lost the vision in one eye then he has also lost his depth perception which makes going up and down stairs and curbs very difficult and dangerous.

How does someone "make" you take a pill? How does someone "force" you into oral sex in some of these stories? Was alcohol consumed prior to these encounters? Was alcohol consumed during these encounters? I'm not sure I understand the precise memory vs no memory vs assumptions made? Just trying to understand but having a difficult time doing so.

OT (sorta), but if a woman has been drinking or otherwise partying and knowingly engages in sexual acts with another, but during the act itself, the woman falls asleep. Does her willingness then stop at that time or does it continue to be a consensual act?
