OMGosh, I am praying that everyone makes it out okay.

Chester is just a little bit south of Richmond. Not too far from me, but I don't recall ever having been there. I wonder what happened.

From what I understood, it was an office bldg. that was under construction. Those that were trapped were construction workers. I haven't heard anything else about it. I'm about 100 miles from Chester so maybe there will be an update on the eleven o'clock news.

I heard this morning that when asked when the last time an inspector was by to check the building out, none of the workers could remember. I'm sure the city has record of it. I don't have a link for it so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the collapse or not.
