So from what I am readinghere and twitter 45 mins of instruction from JUDGE and than a break for jury...so it is now 10;51....makes sense that we will not hear court proceedings..beginning till approx. 12;00 I would guess as Jury has break after.....IMO you can go make lunch....AS PROCEEDINGS will not start JMHO...until ...maybe longer if they are if Jury goes for LUNCH....be back later...robynhood

Each juror is given a notebook to take notes throughout the trial, to help them at the end with deliberations.

Judge says Millard and Smich are not required to testify. They are not proving their innocence. The crown must prove guilt. @CHCHNews

IMO DM is being a real performer today, highly active, playing the lawyer by scribbling notes, described as alternately smiling, grinning and smirking. Staring down MS repeatedly, animated, always moving, always on to something different.

I think DM knows that he is the star of the show.

Goodman also warns that appearances can be deceiving, though. Most people never are a witness in a court case like this, so they may act differently on the stand than they would in real life.
