For me smiling at family/friends isn't a big deal JMO . He may be taking notes which is actually a good idea, as he can relay anything he notices to his lawyer. I personally see no mental issues. All MOO
IMHO, it's a very big thing. DM is facing the most serious of criminal charges. He has two court rooms packed with onlookers. There are 14 Jury members taking 4 months out of their life to do "their Canadian duty"and provide him with a fair trial. He's got the grieving family members of TB but he chooses to "smile at his supporters?" Seriously?? IMO, this is disgustingly disrespectful- as if no one ever taught the boy any manners!!!! If I was one of his supporters, I would have exited on the first smile from him- if not the first smirk! To sit there and smile back kind of reminds me of a bunch of dogs just wagging their tails when their master pets them. Guess I should cut them some slack- everyone wants to give someone they care about the benefit of the doubt, but the last thing that you'd be expecting is a "smile"- simple eye contact and a nod??? That would work just fine. I'm sure RP is ecstatic that DM is taking notes for him. Heck, who needs a "team" when you've got such an astute & cordial note taking client! Dungy's probably wondering why he couldn't be so lucky!! MOO

So who called LE with the truck AND VIN info after DM issued a memo for all staff to stay away from the hangar? Who was the roommate that KNEW about the stolen truck? Who is the Crown Witness that Noudga was urged to get to change their story? I'm thinking these are two different people. Not sure about three dif people.

A forensic anthropologist from the University of Toronto and police investigators recovered 58 bone fragments, two virtually complete bones and one tooth from The Eliminator.

The expert opinion will show that 17 fragments, one bone and the tooth definitely appeared to be human, likely an adult male, Fraser said.

Does that mean that the remaining 41 bone fragments and one bone were NOT human?

That second guy wore a hooded sweater, kept his hands in pockets and hood up over face.

MS was known to police. Did he fear a description would identify him quite fast?

My guesses: SS for first part. No clue for second (AM maybe). SS or AM for third?

I think it just means that the remaining fragments could not be distinguished. "The expert opinion will show that 17 fragments, one bone and the tooth definitely appeared to be human, likely an adult male, Fraser said."

bbm

That makes sense in regards to the bone fragments since some may have been too small for forensic testing, but "two virtually complete bones" were also found but only one "definitely appeared to be human", according to the forensic expert.

Of everything that came out today about CN's involvement, what occurred on May 9th?

Just a reminder:
In a previous interview, Crown prosecutor Anthony Leitch said the charge against Noudga relates to an allegation that she tried to help Millard "escape" on May 9, 2013. Police have said she was dating Millard at the time of the alleged offence.

He would not elaborate as to what was meant by escape, or from whom.

I agree and I'm wondering which friend was given the locked toolbox by DM which MS later took possession of. My guess is the roommate (whoever that was) since if I remember correctly that person knew something had happened.

I read a tweet that stated CN said DM was with her. JMO

This clarifies that the DVR and video surveillance are two separate videos:

from:
http://news.nationalpost.com/news/c...plead-not-guilty-on-first-day-of-murder-trial

Police later found surveillance video from a neighbouring company to Millard’s aircraft repair business at Waterloo airport of The Eliminator being towed to the door of the hanger, followed by a GMC Yukon owned by Millard, Fraser said.

Images show The Eliminator being ignited just outside the doors, where it burned for hours, he said. A year later, police seized another video, in the home of Millard’s girlfriend, said Fraser, who contends it shows Millard and Smich inside the hanger around 1:30 a.m., at the time of the incineration.

Or maybe a country home and driveway means that he didnt feel the need to exit with perfect precision. JMO

I doubt it, based on the witness saying he appeared to be driving awkwardly. I think he was in a hurry to get out of there and get on with what they were about to do.

The evidence doesn't get any better than video. WTH are the accused pleading not guilty? Sounds like someone just wants to be a show boat for the world to see, with the courtroom being his stage. Just disgusting to say the least. JMHO. :furious:

Interesting that no one else was at the hangar at 1:30am but the two vehicles, the Yukon and the Ram, were there and driven there by two different people. So where was the third person who dropped them off? A figment of DM's imagination when coming up with a story of why he didn't want to leave his Yukon in the Bosma driveway when taking the truck on a test drive? Umm...yeah I think so. So I guess it's a he said/he said about who was driving the Ram when TB got shot. Interesting that DM had possession of the gun and passed it over to MS, via someone else, to hide. Why would he have to do this if it were MS's gun and he was the one who shot TB?

According to this article, the employee did not go to work on the day that DM requested, they went the day after and the truck was still in the hangar. This employee had heard about TB and his truck being missing and took the pictures.

In a text sent to Millardair employees, Millard wrote: “Airport politics. No one goes to the hangar today, not even just to grab something,” Fraser said.

“Employees did as they were told to do,” Fraser said. “However, when they returned to work the following day, one employee saw a black pickup truck in the hangar that he believed could have been Tim Bosma’s.”

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news...ial-set-to-begin-in-hamilton/article28476260/

One employee. How many "employees" did DM have at the time? And for what?

Also from that link...

Fraser said police also seized letters from Millard’s girlfriend, written by Millard from jail after his arrest, that asked her to persuade one of his friends to change the information given to police.

That friend, Fraser said, will testify that he heard both Millard and Smich planning to steal a truck.

So as I've thought from the beginning, the plan was to car jack the truck at gunpoint and at least one other person overheard them talking about it. It was not necessarily to kill the owner. So why did he/they?

IMHO and only IMHO, I'm thinking that the security video and DVD showing TB's truck pulling DM's incinerator, pulling up to DM's hangar and then DM and MS in the hangar while the incinerator was ignited outside the hangar, TB's blood splatter in the truck that's parked in the trailer in his mommy's driveway would have been enough for the AG to issue a direct indictment. Add onto that a sharp employee who snapped a pic of TB's truck complete with VIN# and then forwarding it to Crime Stoppers- Wow, wow, wow. Leaves me with some real soul searching questions- why of all the people around DM- his gf, MS's gf, DM's roommate, his Mother, CN's parents- why was there only that one male employee with enough moral fortitude to contact crime stoppers? I guess time will tell, but I'll be stuck on the "why" for a while. MOO

great article tells the whole story....Kamille..it was hard to understand from tweeter today ...here....off above article...In his opening statement, Crown attorney Craig Fraser said Millard and Smich shot Bosma in the truck before burning his remains in an incinerator outside an airport hangar owned by Millard, who is the heir to an aviation business — Millardair — started by his grandfather nearly 50 years ago.

“Tim Bosma was killed in his truck, shot by the two accused in close range while on a test drive,” Fraser said. “His body was incinerated hours later by the two accused.”..robynhood...it also goes on to say they have video evidence of them using the inciderator<<<sorry for the graphics....read article....post above #378!...robynhood.
