He had last cut the grass the week previous.

He was moving the grass at the time, but noticed it before he ran it over with the mower. He picked up the phone and kept cutting the grass. When he got back to the office he handed it in to the supervisor at the office he was at.

Millard's Lawyer Pillay now cross examining. Asking if the phone appeared tampered with or the battery pulled - he says no.

So the other seller lived in the 519 area code area as well. 2006 Black Dodge Diesel truck. Wish they had indicated the style of truck. The only thing these trucks had in common were their make and engines IMO. Which is what I've always thought he was after.

Pillay now cross examining. Roswell didn't know how to turn the phone on at the outset because she didn't own a Samsung. Pillay asking if the phone was damaged or not or if it was functional.

HUGE detail there! Kemira is NOT where they had previously talked about the phone being found (Fen Ridge) It is north of the 403.

AND if they were able to turn it on without issue...it clearly wasn't damaged. These guys really are amateurs.

So the battery was NOT out. That means the ping was likely when the battery died. So that means they were not necessarily still in the area at that time, 10:56pm. Does appear as though they threw it out a window but now I have no idea at what time that may have been. Maybe closer to the shut down time?
