LOL! I know! I was hoping they would break for lunch before calling another witness.

Just to belabour the point...we only see what is in the tweet. Earlier he had said the cars crossed Trinity on Book Rd towards Brantford and he watched them for a certain amount of distance before they were out of sight. So the question about which way they turned does seem very odd. He had already said they cross Trinity on Book towards Brantford...which means they didn't turn. :waitasec:

wondering if he meant he saw then turn down book road towards brantford but not sure if they continued straight/turned/etc after that? just a guess.....it does read as confusing

Book Rd. runs east/west. They headed west on Book Rd. towards Brantford, and he didn't see them make a turn off of Book Rd.

He was arrested and first charged with forcible confinement. It was in the coming days he was charged with first degree murder.

Millard's vehicle was boxed in at a stop sign. “I approached the car myself with my gun drawn. He looked over at me and put his hands up," Oxley said.

“I said, 'Are you Dellen Millard? He said yes.'" He was then arrested.

IMO yes, that is what was meant. This was asked after confirming that the witness could see for 500m, but less than 1km, if I'm remembering correctly.
