She was tasked with obtaining a DNA "cast off" from Christina Noudga. A cast off would be saliva from a cigarette or straw. Noudga was involved with Millard.

Not sure if it would stand out to someone whose first language is other than English, and possibly whose first language uses a different alphabet, that the characters for "ambition" were capitalized or not. Just sayin'.

I assume, by capitalization, he means the letters were not joined together.

No he meant upper case, capitalized, as opposed to lower case, which is different from being in script form (joined) or not.
