Where does it say that?
This is the direct quote, which I read as saying, they don't believe CN was involved, which we all know is untrue now with her being charged as an accessory.
She wasn't a suspect in the murder of TB but an accessory after the fact.

"If there is a third suspect, Kavanagh said, police do not have any leads on who it might be.
Millard’s girlfriend, whose identity is protected by a court-ordered publication ban, is not believed to be involved, the detective said.
“Millard’s girlfriend has been cleared of that,” he said."

She was cleared of being involved in the murder. She was found to be an accessory after the fact in aiding DM in getting away on May 9th.

They said she was cleared in 2013, but we don't know what has happened since IMO.

Pillay is confusing me!! He's just made it clear that DM cancelled the paint job when AJ ID'd the truck. I guess it's part of the "nothing to hide" "DM's a nice, upfront, genuine" guy defence. MOO

You can see exactly where Pillay is going to go with this.....

This is only my understanding of the camera's at Trinity and 53- that when they put the fairgrounds and stop lights there they installed the cameras. As far as I'm aware, they're actual CCTV's and not simply red light cameras. At least that's the belief of many locals. MOO

Here is the article about the installation of this camera. It is a detection system used to judge traffic back-ups and speeds. Definitely not recording video.

The quoted paragraph and the story was about a third suspect driving the Yukon and the detective was quoted as saying that CN was cleared of that. Of being the third suspect driving the Yukon. The headline on the story was only about the third suspect ... "Tim Bosma murder: Unclear whether third suspect exists, lead investigator says" I think it's clear to them now. ;)

That's the way I read it.

IMO, an upfront guy like DM, may also be a real cheap guy and you never know when you're going to be getting your hands dirty- OR you may have had a gut feeling that LE were going to be searching the hangar since AJ had blabbed, thus the need to get anything incriminating out of there. Wonder if there was anything on the gloves? The suspense!! MOO

DM's defense for having the gloves in his pocket...he's a germaphobic and always keeps a supply on him. ;) :D MOO.

Thank you so much for finding that DWO. So all this time we've been under the assumption of the video being from a completely different place? After the initial news conference about this, some posters who listened to it live seemed to believe that the video was actually from the Brantford area.

I don't think LE have ever given a location for this. Nor has a still photo ever been released.

Oh yeah...the pics of him wearing blue ones while working on cars will definitely come into play during his defence. If there's one thing that can be said about DM, he thinks he knows how to keep his hands clean...and it's not from wearing gloves. Involving multiple people in his nefarious activities so he'd have somewhere to shift blame does not seem to be working here.

Ms.Sherlock - I love your words "hit the ground running" because that's exactly what they all did!

Thanks also to the media - I know that CBC Radio Canada kept broadcasting what little details they had. Such heartbreak for the lovely family and friends.

It must be difficult for the police officials in this case as the search led to unimaginable horror for them as well. Plus of course they have families and some of the detectives would have met Sharlene.

I agree Tealgrove - it is an absolute heartbreaker and it is astounding to me as well just how quickly everything happened and that is a tribute to the police and everyone involved.

I can't/won't look at DM's photos.. Unimaginable evil.

I don't like seeing them myself, so I scroll quickly when they're posted. I've seen so many pics of cold blooded murderers but there's just something about that flippin' smirk of his that makes me feel nauseated. While I have no use for MS either, at least he doesn't give the impression that he's gloating over what he did.

Just wondering why she would not recover the whole juice box, plus lid, and straw ? Fingerprints might be on the box as well as on the straw and lid. The best fingerprints might be on the box. Not meaning to be critical, just looking for information on procedures.

If CN's DNA from the straw matched to whatever LE had, that would be enough to bring her in for questioning or arrest her. LE had her DNA and not necessarily her prints. But if there were also fingerprints found, LE would get her prints once she was arrested. MOO.

I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that the tribute you are seeing IS for TB. It is right across from their front yard, it is constantly being refreshed/added to AND when I drove by a week ago, there was a laminated photo of Tim on the pole with the flowers. The accident was further north closer to the intersection with Book Road. I'm not even going to add an MOO to this because it isn't an opinion...it is fact. It is so great to see people still remembering Tim with this tribute, almost three years later.

This is fact. I, along with many other friends refresh these flowers as often as we can.

Here's Millard's arrest photo.
And here's his "ambition" tattoo.

What a douche like looking expression.

MS telling his girlfriend that TB was "gone, gone, gone" could be interpreted as gloating. And we haven't seen his mugshot - yet.

It certainly could be - and maybe it was. In any case, none of the reporters have noticed him grinning in court, so at least he's got SOME sense of how serious this trial is. Maybe? Who knows.

Bless you Swedie: Good always triumphs over evil!!

Thank you! :) And it will in this case. No doubt in my mind and with the evidence that has come out thus far, confirms to me these 🤬🤬🤬 are guilty and they won't be free for a long time...if at all. MOO.

Re: the location of the video cam that caught the Yukon driving behind Tim's truck...

I don't remember when, but right after LE came out and said it was seen just after Tim's truck left his driveway (or however they worded it) I always thought it *had* to be a security camera somewhere along his own road. There are some homes & businesses that sit close enough to the road that if they had a security camera it could have easily picked up those vehicles. I've never even been on that road physically, but been down it so many times with my google guy it's kind of ridiculous.

The evidence thus far doesn't have anything to do with why I think there was a 3rd person. It goes further back when we were all speculating in 2013. LE at that time said they were looking for a 3rd. They later said that they were no longer looking for a 3rd and they didn't feel there was any danger to the public.
IMO I think someone did drop them off and was waiting for them. Which is why the neighbour saw 2 vehicles leaving. I dont think there was any switching of drivers. I think the other vehicle was following them through downtown brantford etc as seen on surveillance from businesses.
Now who was in the other vehicle? I don't know. I think LE does. I suspect CN. And I'm wondering if a plea bargain is in place for a reduced sentence for her.
All MOO

This is what I've always thought too.

I do see a faint box around that tat. Kinda line a bandaid line where residue would be left once you take it off
