Here's the broken front passenger side window from #TimBosma's truck.

From the looks of this, it seems like there would have been *some* glass somewhere, on the outside of the truck. This window does not appear shattered & intact but shattered with pieces missing. Does it not?

This looks like the kind of glass that when it shatters, it stays attached to a film to prevent shards from entering the vehicle and harming someone in the case of an accident. You can see it better in the link that matou posted from ABro when LE actually did remove the rest of that window. Most likely they tried to get that window out or rolled down by pulling out as much of the film and glass as they could. We have no idea where they may have done this but wherever it was, the rest of the glass and film is likely there or discarded IMO.

Okay that makes more sense. Thank you.

I assume the circles with + signs are spots of blood? If so, that looks like a clear marking near the steering column. These pictures hit really hard. My thoughts continue to go to the family and friends of Mr. Bosma. May our support show and shine through these dark days of reliving this horrid crime.

So since we for all intense and purposes know that TB was shot in the field right next to his house, wouldn't the police find pieces of glass from the truck? I'm sure they went through that area with a fine tooth comb, and I'm also sure DM and MS were not running around in the dark that night with flashlights collecting pieces of glass.

No... I played dumb. I didn't mention that I noticed where she was sitting or that DM waved at her. We made small talk and talked a bit about the weather, ourselves and whatnot, but any time I asked a question that would identify her as being associated with the accused, she would divert (e.g. I asked her if she was also a curious spectator and she kinda changed the subject). She was very kind, articulate, presented well. I suspect she is an aunt or family friend of DM. But if MB is expected to testify that means it couldn't have been her?

Even a family member or close friend is likely to be a curious spectator at such a court case IMO. No-one really would have access to the progression of the trial without attending or being on sites like this or twitter. JMO

I'm guessing that if it were DM, I doubt that he would be referred to as a photographer, when she could have chosen pilot instead, or heir to an aviation company. JMO

We know that DM hung his shingle as a photographer. From May 18, 2013:

"Hamilton homicide detectives are also examining a photo gallery posted on a paid adult website credit Dellen Millard as the photographer.
A profile on Suicide Girls — a soft-core 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 website - shows a young model named “Josie” posing in and around a vintage DC-4 airplane.

"Ryan: “The last time I spoke to Laura was two weeks prior to her disappearance and it was in regards to her bringing a gentleman to my wife’s, my wedding, and my wife and I both think that it was Dellen (Millard) she was talking about, just I believe referring to him as a pilot, photographer and wealthy..."

Thanks so much for posting these links matou. The quality of these pics is amazing. And thanks to ABro for uploading them.

And thank you Kamille and others for posting tweets all day. Very much appreciated. :tyou:

Well that's one way to get a woman to strip naked for you. Tell them you're a photographer. Looks like it worked at least once before. ;)

Also in that same case, a few ex girlfriends (from the dating site) were on these threads, we also assumed that the 2 that were playing devils advocate were somehow connected to the accused lawyers team to cast doubt in the minds of the readers. In TB case, there were a few members who were here at the beginning, checking on their user names, they are no longer members. Makes me wonder what players they were in this case JMO.

On a missing person case I follow (a girl most likely disappeared by her hateful foster mother), I'm 99% certain her lawyer was posting for quite a while trying to sway opinion. The case is still open, so I'll just say he literally used a screen name that is a calling card of sorts for lawyers. He definitely thought we were THAT dumb.

Edit: I also remember some of those early posters in TB's case. Do you have the faint memory, like I do, of a few who seemed both young and like they were trying to steer the conversation?

I find it a stretch to think that anyone would pay $15,000 on a business account to dispose of a body that would need feeding into an incinerator of that size. It wouldn't be an easy task. I also think the fact that it was a business purchase suggests that WM knew about it. It is far more likely to have been bought for car part disposal than body disposal and even that would need a few facts first. All MOO

Crazy eh ! ! ! It would take a real monster to even think this up. Was this not the time that DM suggested that WM was drinking heavily, this was in the threads about WM's death, if you want to search. If this was the case, perhaps he was not too involved in the "business that was happening in the hanger".

Ann Brocklehurst posted another link to another powerpoint. 31 slides including the Yukon and incinerator receipt: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2HcLKBpswT4UDdFTW1nZXA2REE/view?pref=2&pli=1

Did we already know for sure it was a 500lb unit? I feel like there was some back and forth on 250 v 500lbs. God, what a sicko.

And, even taking the fact that it was the site of a gruesome murder out of the equation, looking at the pics of the inside of that truck makes me want to hurl.

Anyone want to buy an incinerator? ;)

Seriously though. That's a lot of credit for someone with a lot of liquid cash to just buy a used truck. Two temp bank cards under different company names? And why is the address on his license Riverside Dr?

I was kind of shocked to see that they show all the details of those cards, but I suppose most of them are expired now. Which gives me a certain sense of schadenfreude ... Although we can now see, from the way he lived, that DM wasn't really into having nice things. Just incinerators and other people's trucks.

On that note ... How bizarre is it that he went off on that tangent about designer clothes?

Sorry, but I don't think I've picked up that TB was shot in the field. Is that the prevailing theory?

Or wait, you mean shot while the truck was PARKED in the field, got it. Yeah, that's a good point.

Regarding the Yukon. There is a missing back seat right? Where the plywood lies? Where it looks like it's set up for a dog? Dog bowl and all? (Did he own a dog?) What if there is no dog but rather TB'S corpse was transported in that seat and then the seat was rid of and then set up to look like an accommodation for a pet rather than something out of the ordinary. Or is DM too stupid to actually plan things out? He'll I'm surprised he didn't just drive with TB's corpse in the front seat for a week.

Ya that's what I meant my bad should have been clearer.
