ETA: Okay it looks like he bought it in 2008. So did he go to Baja another time prior to 2012? I can't remember what we researched on this.

Thought he bought the red truck in 2008 but it was a used truck? Race was 2012. So when did this guy actually talk to DM about using a Diesel engine to tow the jeeps? Can't have been in 2013, IMO

He heard that Millard had purchased a 2005 Dodge ram, red, back in 2008 or 2008.

Anybody know what happens in this case? The jury is led out, I think. But then do Pillay and Millard confer in another room?

I don't know but did Pillay get a surprise here? And the whole day tomorrow is set aside for more legal arguments that it appears they started this morning so no jury in for the entire day. Lots of arguments and discussions behind the scenes. Is this all because of the direct indictment? :waitasec:

Or last minute attempts by the defense to stop this avalanche of incriminating evidence? With all of this horrific evidence they must be scrambling to try to get some of it kept out of court.

Sachak about Carl's [Dellen's?] grandfather, Carl. He had another interest aside from aviation, Sachak says: cars. There were two Oldsmobiles and a Thunderbird and other classic cars kept around, Fox says.

The Dodge was a V8 hemi engine. "Based on the V8 hemi and the fact that it's a 4x4, you concluded this was a gas guzzler?" Sachak says. "Yes," Fox responds.

I've been lurking the threads on this case for years... hello everyone.

I'm wondering why DM's lawyers needed a 10 minute break to figure out their cross examination after reading it. I was expecting some crazy lawyer moves! But, alas, there were not LOL.

Glad you asked, I'm honestly not following it myself. I assume it's "if this - then that" but I don't get what this or that is.
