Coins sounds like out of a man's pants pockets since a lot of them keep change in them :(

Or coins that have fallen down in between the truck seats. Along with seat springs, and there would be some wood in the construction of the seats, i think?

All the trucks he called to test drive were diesel. Different years, different colours, but all diesel.

MOO
And DM had put an order in for a rush black to red paint job on TB's truck. IMO, he may have had concerns about the engine in his 2005 making the trip and was just going to do a VIN swap between the two vehicles. Nice fresh paint, new interior and 'ya good to go. Could have been much easier than trying to switch the engines. MOO

ABro, after the verdicts are handed down in this case will the publication ban still be in effect?

If all this damning witness testimony has been permitted, I'm curious to find out what has been excluded.

Can someone please take over tweets (all except for Adam Carter) at 2pm?

Sorry...that is correct. It was 2011. When were the fiance pics taken? Wasn't that 2012?
IIRC, engagement pics went up on the photographers website on May 14, 2011- engagement called off shortly after.

Thanks...I edited my post to reflect that.

Thanks to everyone for spelling out the follow-the-trucks game.

So they were highly motivated to get a truck AND a new trailer built with a short deadline (Baja in late May).

Buying a truck wasn't feasible, so it had to be theft and murder.

Millard was able to pay $15k for the incinerator in summer 2012, but not $25k for a truck he REALLY wanted, less than a year later. Definitely confused about the financial situation.

Also, on May 2, 2011 is when the deal closed and DM took possession of the Roseville Rd, Ayr farm.

Questions here have been asked about items found on the two burn sites, its quite possible that personal items were left in the center consol/seat when or if the seats were burned there.

Imho only.

God, I would be mortified if there were still 'engagement' pics of me online, with that man in that hangar.

Right! That is a huge centre console in the Rams. Lots of room to put odds and ends.

IMO, the biggest issue DM may have run into was the death of WM and the impact that may have had on DM's access to cash. I'm sure we're going to hear from bankers and accountants that will shed some light into DM's financial well being. MOO

No jury = no reporting...tomorrow is a day off.

It was stated when the trial started - I believe by Adam Carter, but possibly someone from the Spec - that the trial would be Monday-Thursday throughout, so no trial activity on any Fridays.

They're still there and yes, I'd be more than mortified. MOO

With the exception of this week....because Monday was a stat holiday, court was to run from Tuesday through Friday this week.

Tomorrow was supposed to make up for the holiday this past Monday.

I interpreted it as hard to find gas, as in on the way to Baja but I see your thought as well.
My problem is, that I am trying to use logic where DM is concerned. :) What would of changed in availability between 2011 and 2013 for fuel availability in Mexico ? Probably worse, not better.

FWIW, my parents travel to Mexico yearly....have a diesel truck....and have no issues finding fuel. I think it was DM's "excuse" as to why he bought that engine. He didn't want to look like a fool for buying a gas guzzler so he made up a story.

Yep, this.

For the life of me, I have no idea how Millard came to this conclusion. Once you are up to a 1 ton dually, its hard to find it as a gas-er. Not the other way around. Like many Millard-isms, this makes no sense.

:welcome:
