Perhaps because DM couldn't find anything newer, with that type and size of motor, in as good of shape as TB's, that was a diesel, etc., etc., And if DM was in a hurry to make the race in Mexico by the end of May, he had to find something sooner than later. Not to forget he would have needed to revamp/modify it. Something tells me perhaps 2010 to 2012 models, and what DM wanted in one would have been like finding a needle in a haystack in April or May of 2013. HTH and MOO.

It just struck me weird that he would go to this length for a 6 year old vehicle. So maybe finding a 2012 might be difficult (not necessarily, perhaps on kijiji though) to find, but yes, why not a 2010? If he had all of this wealth that Paradkar purported him to have, what's a few extra (thousand) bucks to have a newer vehicle that will last a few years longer? I wonder what year the other Rams were that DM tried to test drive?

"Along for the ride." At this point that seemed to be DM's style. He involved so many people in his schemes and planning. Apparently he wasn't going down alone. It really makes one wonder and believe DM was the type of person who would get into trouble, always with someone else, DM being the instigator, but always blaming it on the other person(s). If that's the case, were MB and WM the type of parents who would buy DM's lies? The list below is just a few points I thought of off hand.

It's like the meeting between AS and DM in November of 2012, just before WM was (allegedly) murdered by DM. People bought into believing DM wasn't to blame for the lack of contracts....it just had to be AS who was to blame. I think this could stand to show who is to blame for his many failures and who instigated bad business, who had a corrupt and evil mind and who was the driving force for Tim's, Laura's and Wayne's murders.

The best we can now hope for is that our judicial system brings justice for all three of the victims and their loved ones and society as a whole. That DM is removed from society and kept in a tiny cell for the rest of his life. It's just terrible that he's brought so much disgrace to Millard legacy. In reality, it's a blessing to know his grandfather and his father are not here to witness what a disgrace he is. JMHO.

* DM took MS (allegedly) along on test drives,

* involved CN in transporting the trailer to MB's driveway and incinerator from the barn to the bush,
* CN was with him when the toolbox was dropped of at a "friend's" place,

* DM gave CN the DVR to hide or whatever he told her to do with it,

* DM got MS to pick up the toolbox/gun from the "friend's place" to get rid of it. MS tried to sell it and couldn't, so instead he buried it in the forest,

* DM included MS (allegedly) in TB's murder, the clean up, the ripping apart of TB's truck and while keeping him company waiting for the incinerator to do its thing,

* got Shane to order the incinerator or DM ordered it himself and put Shane's name on the order form,

* DM purchase a gun(s) from MWJ,

* DM had AJ and SS working in the hangar when TB's truck was in there, ripped apart,

* DM also brought MS and MM into the hangar while TB's truck was in the hangar.

And I suspect there could be more he included in his demonic plans. For what?! A truck...
ALL MOO.

Add:

* DM made arrangements for a body shop to paint TB's truck, knowing full well that the theft of same vehicle/color/year had just been stolen, and owner missing; aren't body shops obligated to contact LE if they suspect something like that? Of course there would be no 'proof', if the VIN was off of it, or changed, but isn't that tempting fate? I think DM only cancelled the appointment because he realized he had run out of time. MOO

*DM called his ex fiancee and his mother when he found his father had 'committed suicide' (or suffered a brain bleed????) in the family home; did he do this *before* contacting 911? Weren't those 2 women there with him at the house when police arrived? Wouldn't your first call be to police?

Sorry for being so gross... but I'm getting a bit freaked out when I look at the diagram of discovered bone fragments outlined by Dr Rogers. I had understood her to indicate that she had found fragments from every section of an adult human male body, but when I look at the diagram, I'm not seeing any indication of bones from the torso... ribs, pelvis, spine, neck? So my mind then goes to wondering about whether sections of the body could have been severed prior to incineration. (Would that speed the process?)

I hate that a bunch of remains are still missing. I'm assuming they are still missing, or LE would have undoubtedly called Dr Rogers in again to confirm their find. I wonder where they were taken to? Ugh!

After that, Kavanaugh confirmed they were dealing with only 1 set of human remains.

So I guess that could actually make both reports true. Perhaps they found more remains, but they were part of the first set - not a second person as many assumed.

bbm

... perhaps the "cleaning-out" of the incinerator, finally buried on the searched farmland?

I think it's quite interesting to look back/think back two and a half years and see how a lot of our theories seem to be fitting with what we figured. Some things which surprised or shocked me were; TB taken to the hangar in the incinerator, towed by his own truck, and the evil deed done there, it was one of DM's own "employees" AJ, who called in information to CS, DM actually had the audacity to call someone to arrange for a paint job of TB's truck, the size of the incinerator, how many "nosy" neighbours noticed things going on around the farmland and DM has the balls to act inappropriately in the courtroom. MOO.

Anyone else have any information they are surprised or shocked about thus far?

I'm very shocked and dismayed to see that the accusation seem to be präzis and that indeed the accused were so imbecile (thank god!!!) to have hidden the evidence, where they had hidden it, "in the open". I can hardly believe it: the Why (as SB said: to steal a stupid truck) and the cold unscrupulous procedure, all that in a pure flash. Without thinking for the pleasant young Tim, his nice young wife (they saw her personally!), Tim's relatives, the own relatives of the accused - very ill, ill, ill.

BBM - Igor T's truck was a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500. The guy who missed the call (D.A.) had a 2006. The guy who made arrangements to show his truck but then fell asleep (O.P.) had a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 special edition.
