He has seen discovery. He knows all about it now. Why do you think he's so angry? ;)

ETA: J/K really. He gets no pass and I think he knew exactly why DM wanted to steal that truck.

MOO

I think I missed something? Discovery?

Maybe the better question would be, did MB know she was on the payroll, or was that some nifty little trick DM pulled?

I definitely think you are on to something here for sure :D

So, was equipment purchased, and if not, who got the use of that 3.7M?

DM's lottery win??? Races in the Baja....sailing in Croatia....buy an incinerator....steal a truck????? He has strange tastes.

But wouldn't the defense jump on this? Asking her are you 100% those were the men that came to your house? If she wasn't then clearly that's huge for the D. Maybe the defense didn't wanna touch her because she's an extremely sympathetic figure and it would make them look bad.

There is no way SB can be 100 percent sure that these are the two men because she doesn't know them personally and she did not see their ID or take their DNA.

No one is going to ask her, or any witness in that situation, for an absolute identity on a suspect.

I find it incomprehensible that after WMs death, the bank wouldn't have sent someone over to check on their $3.7M investments? Was DM simply using the loan to keep him afloat until the inheritance was finalized?

Wonder what Wm put up as collateral to secure a business loan of that size....his house?....the hangar?

Feb 8 2016 11:59 AMThat night he saw two vehicles pull out of his father's place -- a dark truck and a second vehicle pulling out right behind it. "I thought that was odd," Bullman says. The vehicles went down Book Road towards Brantford that night, he says. This is from Adam Carter's CBC LIVE BLOG.

I don't think you can technically CROSS Trinity Road. Trinity runs North South. Book ends at Trinity.

The scenario I had after testimony was that they pulled out of the Bosma house onto Trinity, drove north, turned onto Book and into the laneway of hayfield. From there they pull out back onto Book heading west.

How do they end up back on Trinity by 9:20 heading north?

You are mistaken...Book Rd does indeed intersect Trinity Rd...the witness said he lost sight after approximately 500 metres. If his recollection is accurate and if the field is less than 500 metres away, then it is a head-scratcher. However, if he lost sight before they reached Book Rd it makes perfect sense. Molly Hayes seems to be the only reporter to state that the testimony was that they crossed Book Rd. As I understand it, she is human...humans make mistakes (not saying she did)...the only way we can know for sure is to see the court transcript IMO

Wonder what Wm put up as colateral to secure a business loan of that size....his house?....the hangar?

Was the Riverside Drive property owned by Millard Properties Inc. and would WM have been running it at the time?

Update Oct. 22: Dellen Millard’s Riverside Drive property is no longer on the market and the Royal Bank has registered a $3.8 million charge against it, according to property records.

May be speculation, but also a pretty safe bet IMO. Probably worked out better for WM to pay his alimony out of company expenses rather than out of his own pocket.

Now that is a question the so-called accountant could answer.....that is if he is not as crooked as the whole other lot of them.

She is 22 now or was 22 in 2013? What is with these guys and the young girls?

Money and manipulation... MOO

Does anyone have a google image of Trinity and Book with the apparent location that Bullman saw the truck and the vehicle pull out of?

I thought the property he saw them pull out of was right at the corner of Book and Trinity, the south east corner to be exact.

Lol...I think she is referring to plea deals. The deal with SS, if there was one, would not be a plea deal because he was never arrested.

MOO

Until today's testimony, I wasn't aware that MM had been arrested. Perhaps SS had also been arrested? (This is fro Adam Carter's Live Blog - BBM)

Millard's lawyer, Ravin Pillay, now cross-examining. He's asking about what Smich was yelling as his girlfriend was being placed under arrest at the time too.

I think there is a difference between being arrested and charged, isn't there?
I mean MM may have been cuffed and taken into custody but she may not have been charged.

Add to that that young girls often make bad decisions, especially when it comes to boys. I have one roughly her age, so I know. If mine ever messed up this bad though, the prosecution would be the least of her worries. #oldschooldad

Yes, but we were theorizing about a potential agreement of some sort between Crown and SS.. could he have also been taken into custody.. threatened with impending Accessory charges.. and avoided them by talking to them?
