Williams says that when Dellen Millard took over the company, employees were laid off. There was a meeting before that happened, she says, they were laid off and given a severance.

When Millard took over, there was a discussion about what to do with the business, Williams says. The plan was to rent out the hangar to planes overnight. "There'd be a hotel for the planes," Sachak says. She responds yes.

***Restructure the business?? Show us one thing that indicates that the business was "restructured". One notice that MillardAir was in business and ready to operate as a rental facility. I guess that's a fancy term for "he wanted to keep the money and had to make up something to tell the bank".
