The window could have been rolled down if the door was closed - or - perhaps the shooter hopped out of the truck and fired at TB with the driver's side door open.

All MOO.

IMO this is a very likely scenario. If they drove into the lane on the pretense of relieving themselves, left Tim in the truck, then came back, keeping the gun( which was carried in a small canvas satchel ) hidden perhaps behind the shooter's back, opening the driver's side door, and taking Tim by surprise, in the dark. Suddenly DM or MS reaches in, and shoots him, possibly in the neck, then again once or twice in the head, ( thrill kill, and wanting to make sure he is dead) accounting for the massive blood loss, and high GSR count in the truck ( the highest the expert had ever seen ) Passenger door and window were closed, so a slight breeze might come in from the open driver's side door blowing most of the GSR to the passenger side interior roof, but also a substantial amount getting on the driver's side interior roof. At least one bullet passes through TB, and shatters the passenger side window. One to three shell casings are ejected into the back seat. They miss one in the clean up.

would they not have technology to cancel out the noise and try to determine if the boom was a gunshot?

Now we're moving to a video that was recovered from 2263 Dumphries Road near Cambridge.

Mar 8 2016 4:14 PM
The timestamp on this video was four minutes slow.

Mar 8 2016 4:15 PM
This location is about two to two and a half km from Millard's farm.

Mar 8 2016 4:19 PM
At 10:26 p.m., twenty-three minutes after the two vehicles leave Bobcat of Brantford, a dark vehicle with overhead running lights is seen going north on Dumphries Road. A dark SUV follows immediately behind, the report says.

Mar 8 2016 4:19 PM
Again, Plaxton can't say it's the Bosma truck for sure, but say's there's "nothing inconsistent with it" seen here.

We've seen many instances where DM wasn't too bright in carrying out this crime. I'm only speculating, but I have to wonder if TB was first shot when they picked up the Yukon and it only incapacitated him. Perhaps DM thought he was dead and near where they pulled over, DM realized he wasn't dead. MOO.

It is my theory that MS choked out TB and then they swapped the vehicles, DM drove TB truck perhaps with the gun in hand. TB started coming to, likely fishing for his phone and the fight is on to suppress the phone communications, case gets knocked off, shots get fired. Perps pull over and panic on what to do next.

That is the best speculation I have heard so far.

Don't see can running lights on arrival but do see them on departure.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
Lead vehicle switched overhead lights on cab, says Paxton. Also appears to be chrome rims, consistent with #Bosma truck. Departs 10:01 pm.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 54s54 seconds ago
Expert also collected video from Eastern Wood Preservers, located 2 mins from #Millard farm near Ayr. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 30s30 seconds ago
First vehicle seen in that video, he says, is consistent with #Bosma's vehicle (looks like has running lights, chrome rims).

Next video is from a business called Eastern Wood Preservers on Dumphries Road which is just over 2 km away from Millard farm.

It appears that they had to readjust. Maybe change drivers? The discussion was probably at this point to go get the Eliminator, do your 3 point turn and go in a different direction.

Boy, these guys are some kind of stupid. I can't believe that they would stop in at a commercial building and not think they could be videotaped.

I'm still sitting here reading all the facts from today, can someone who believes this wasn't "premeditated" explain your thoughts on that.
maybe I'm oblivious to how sick and twisted society is but who the H*LL brings a gun to test drive a truck?

Re: the second he says he can't say if it's the Yukon -- but is consistent with something larger than a standard car, such as an SUV. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Now moving on to video seized from Eastern Wood Preservers (a 20 min drive away on Dumphries Rd--2.5 km from Millard's Ayr farm). #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Drive from Bobcat dealership to next video site is 21 minutes...Can see dark pickup with running lights on cab.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 2m2 minutes ago
Jury now seeing stills from video taken at a North Dumfries business showing 2 vehicles of similar appearance about 28 min from Millard farm

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 26s27 seconds ago
Video was quick, back and white and at night - running lights on lead vehicle clearly seen

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 18s19 seconds ago
Follow vehicle fits description of an SUV. Three vehicles actually go through frame, but third one does not appear connected.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 31s32 seconds ago
This one, at 10:26pm, shows a dark vehicle with what looks like running lights on cab drive by on North Dumphries Rd. #Bosma

We're now breaking for the day.

Mar 8 2016 4:22 PM
The exhibit containing all these videos won't be released today, because Plaxton hasn't finished his testimony. Hopefully it will be a little clearer once I can show you the actual videos, but that likely won't be until tomorrow evening.

Another vehicle is behind it. He says they appear similar to the #Bosma truck/Yukon but cannot say they are one in the same.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 37s38 seconds ago
Jury dismissed for the day. Paxton still under oath. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 31s32 seconds ago
We are breaking here for today. Plaxton will continue tmrw morning. #Bosma

This certainly looks 100 percent like a premeditated armed robbery. Was the intent to kill the owner also premeditated by one or both before they got there or did it become a premeditated decision or something they deemed necessary once they were in the truck and driving away with the owner?

For me, that is still the unknown. Probably always will be.

MOO
