Remember earlier when the Crown asked for a break right after showing the video of the Eliminator being ignited? The dramatic effect!!! I think this is Pillay's version. But does he really have anything of substance? Just seems like a lot of noise to me. Noise, noise, noise! MOO

I think he's saying that the Super Sucker camera catches ANOTHER Dodge Ram-looking vehicle around the same time TB left on the test drive - implying that the later video of the Ram and the "hubcapless" vehicle following is an altogether different Ram. That TB + crew passed by alone at ~9:05.

Agreed. I think she offered a LOT of information to LE. Remember what MS yelled to her when they were arrested? "Don't tell them anything, babe!" He knew she knew a LOT of information. MOO

A family member of mine works on the tactical force and was saying that is how a lot of murders are solved. Guy tells wife/gf and the rest is history.

LOL! I think you're right. So I guess the other videos they have from all the other places that show the pick-up truck followed closely by a Yukon with no hubcaps were just coincidences. Noise, noise, noise! MOO

I suppose from there he could also try to say that the truck towing the incinerator trailer to the hangar was DM's red Ram. The video is dark and the trucks are similar, save for the number of wheels, lol.

A vehicle with the characteristics of the Bosma vehicle travels north at 9:05 p.m. (6:05 p.m. by the Supersucker timestamp) on Trinity Road, Plaxton says. Then a vehicle with similar characteristics goes by at 9:20 p.m. -- but that isn't in the report. "They may very well be" the same vehicle," Plaxton says. "You didn't include that in your report?" Pillay's argument is a truck goes by on the video at 9:20 p.m. that is "consistent" with #TimBosma's truck, but that isn't in the report.

if they moved him at the location in Brantford or anywhere else he was bleeding, there would be blood found all over the ground?

Unfortunately, not necessarily.
By the time they moved TB (if where his cell phone was recovered) most of the blood from a head wound would be drained. ( I believe DM or MS would attempt a head shot wound)
I have studied that the most usual manner of death from a gunshot wound to the head is loss of blood. Sorry to have to type this.

If DM and MS laid a tarp on the ground by the truck, they could have transferred TB to the tarp with very little blood spill. ( I don't recall there being more than a few spots of blood on the tarps found in the trailer transporting TM truck)

Pillay says the video is consistent with a vehicle consistent with Bosma's truck going north on Trinity Road at 9:05 p.m., then going south at 9:15 p.m. ten minutes later. "Yes it is," Plaxton says. Pillay then says it's consistent with Bosma vehicle travelling north again at 9:20 p.m., Plaxton agrees.

Pillay's point here, basically, is that there are images of a truck "consistent" with Bosma's truck in this video taken from Super Sucker that aren't in Plaxton's report.

Bobcat video shows 2 vehicles arriving at 9:49 pm. Takes 19 or 20 mins to get there. So would pass Super Sucker at 9:29 or 9:30. #Bosma
